Excellent luxury hotel. The deluxe twin room was spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool. The beds were soft and comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessities and was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant time at Nikko Hotel Hai Phong and would definitely come here again.

The location is a bit far from the city centre but is close to Aeon Mall.

- Breakfast was unremarkable - Swimming pool is large but too shallow (1.2m entire length) - Bar and bar lounge was unremarkable

A well-known hotel brand, I have stayed in this hotel many times, and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The staff are always friendly. Location is a few kilometres from the airport, and there are places to eat and have a drink nearby. Aeon supermarket is just 1 kilometre from the hotel and also has a large selection of restaurants and eateries and plenty of shops.

Excellent service - the staff were extremely proactive and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and the interior is fresh and well-designed.

A tiny thing - the main doors are big heavy glass doors that do not open automatically and are not staffed at all times, so, when you have your hands full with children and shopping bags, trying to open the main doors yourself is a little difficult.

The facility is good, clean and super nice. I like the design and my room was so cozy, make me feel so comfortable when i stayed there. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will stay at Nikko whenever i go back to Haiphong.

The hotel facilities are indeed excellent, the room has a very modern design, staff are helpful. The lobby is large and quiet. Good privacy.

The hotel's location is just a nightmare if you drive your own car without knowing the area in advance. Not only IPhone's map put it in a wrong location, there is no sign to guide driver because the hotel share the driveway with another property. However, the hotel staff did not bother to mention about this when I booked so It took me almost 2 hours going around. All of other drivers who came to pick me up in next days lost the same. Also, the location is far from everything/everywhere else of the city.

Clean and quiet. Most of all, thank you for the kindness of the staff. I left my phone in the taxi, and I was embarrassed. At this time, the staff quickly and accurately grasped the situation and contacted the taxi. Thanks to Nikko Hotel for helping me find my phone. In particular, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the female staff (name unknown). I will use Nikko Hotel on my next trip to Hai Phong and will highly recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

This Hotel is excellent, good price , and the facilities are wonderful. The pool is awsome, The rooms are big and super comfortable. Breakfast has everything I need, and more... really complete. And the people were super friendly.

As I was only 1 night, cannot check the location well. But seems to be in a very fancy place.

In my opinion is one of best hotels at Haiphong. The room is super confortable, with special note to the bathroom, and the staff is superb. The bed is not super, but it's good. And the hotel have 3 restaurants, 2 of them for japanese food.

These days there is a construction site near hotel that is noisy and begin 7am. The location is in a new neighborhood and there are few options around in walk distance.

Nice and comfort bed room. Excellent cleaning, quiet circumstance. A good hotel to take a rest.

Room fee is a little bit too high that push me to think about other choices in my pocket.
