Vin plaza mall we liked it was near the apartment was handy for shopping. Park, we liked it, was very neat and tidy my son enjoyed playing there every afternoon.

We didn't like the staircase from the entrance to the 2nd floor. We got luggage, and it was not very easy to carry that all the way to the 2nd floor where the lift was located. We got help from the staff, but still we didn't expect that in the facility. The staff's were very nice and the manager was very helpful and friendly.

The price is reasonable and the staffs was very supportive, there was even a small lift to go upstairs so it was convenient, the air conditioning is great, very silent and works well. Although the location was hard to find, the area is lovely and safe, the restaurants nearby are great too. They offered discount for guests in their own cafe which is around 10 mins walking distance but they should mention to the guests, I found out by chance tho. They did provide laundry service which is very nice of them but the laundry came back smelly and still a bit dirty

The location is quite complicated even for taxi drivers, it's hard to find and the hotel staff need to come out to bring you to the accommodation, they could have created a map with pinned location to make it easier. The beds are too hard for foreigners, my parents got back pain because of that unfortunately. They should also put a bath mat in the bathroom as everywhere is wet after someone takes a bath since they have nothing to dry their feet

- weak wifi inside the bedrooms - no toiletries - incomplete kitchenware (no chopstics, missing bowls, no glasses)

The room is nice and quite, security around the house is super good. the neighborhood has a lot of facilities that is splendid.

There are some bugs due to summer time but easily to get rid of. The foam on the bed still have the plastic wrap so it was not really comfort but it's still very cozy.

Good location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Directly opposite of Vincom Imperia. Love the environment there. Location is quite good too, doesn’t take too long to get to the city centre. Room was slightly older than expected but not a big deal. Staff was friendly and helpful

Friendliest and most helpful owner I've ever met! Very reactive and a very good level of English. He helped me throughout my stay and after : request, questions, scooter rental... Such a perfect stay. Thanks again 🙏
