This hotel is well located near the station and many shops, markets and restaurants. It is clean and well appointed. We found the water temperature in the shower a bit difficult to regulate, but not a big issue. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast items could have been topped up a bit more promptly. Otherwise, all good.

Although the hotel was very quiet because of Tet new year. Staff were really helpful. Lovely comfortable bed. We got upgraded to a room with a bath and shower at the front of the hotel. Which was good, apart from loud music from the street below.

Noise from the busy street

Good location, within walking distance to every things. Professional front desk, excellent housekeeping and security staffs.

Smell of cigarette smoke and the level of noise in the hallway. Needs better sound proofing.

Check-in was easy and fast. Great location, close to all the highlights of the city!

Breakfast buffet could be later on the weekend (only from 6:30-8 AM). Room smelled a little bit moldy.

I like the location, very convenient.

Our check-in was very slow. We landed late at night and the clerk seemed unable to find our booking. We were shown to the wrong room type and the room wasn't ready. They then had to upgrade us to a bigger room. The room was a bit dated, needs updating. They use sensor lights on the corridor, very dark until you step out.

The hotel was ok. When we first checked in the room smelt very fusty and felt damp, however when we asked to change rooms this was sorted out quickly and the next room was better (the reception didn’t seem surprised with our request so probably happened before!) The room was fine, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us the next day, thank you!

The breakfast included wasn’t great, there was no coffee (only black tea available) and the buffet was not being used. We had some fruit and pho but to be honest it was not great!
