Great location within walking distance to Hai Phong railway station. You can also walk to bus station area which takes you all the way to Cat Ba town but best buy ticket a day ahead to check the time slot you want. Overall a lovely and good quality hotel with lifts & key card door system and quite cheap for the price I paid after discount. I don’t think they’ll let you check in even if a room is available, classed as overstaying I guess. It has fridge, kettle but TV doesn’t work. Drinking Water dispensers are available within the building. It’s a proper hotel so they let you pay by CC without asking for 3% credit card charge so I was pretty impressed.

The WiFi didn’t work but I had my own mobile data with a local sim and only here for one night. Worked initially for a short time and rest of the evening, got no more WiFi.

Friendly and helpful staff, we stay at the family room and it was big and nice. Have lil balcony too. My friend can smoke, the staff resolve the bathroom drainage right away when we informed that it stuck on our 2nd night, the location is the best part, infront of big supermarket, nearby there's a very nice seafood restaurant and tea cafe in walking distance (5-7mins walk). Im glad we book the hotel here!

The room is as it's shown on the pictures. Room amenities, soft towels, comfortable beds, kettle, clean rooms, strong WiFi. They have free parking area on the ground floor and easy to park. The parking area's staff was also kind and friendly. In Vietnam, it's actually hard to find the hotel with full remarks for rooms, quality of service, amenity goods, quietness, hot water, strong WiFi, cleaness... but this hotel is the one. Don't take the review on Booking.com the real experience, as most of the times staying here in Vietnam, staffs actually ask for the best review as it brings their promotion. This hotel did not. if you stay in Haiphong, I would highly recommend this hotel. (I have been working and staying numerous hotels in many countries)

All TV programme were in Chinese but it's okey as I don't watch TV in hotels. Note that hotel staffs hardly speak English (but it's also okey for me as I speak some Vietnamese)

I like the location and basic facilities of them most. It's nearby the train station and exactly at the center of the city. Highly recommend.

Staffs seem to be young and lack service skills. Our room was cut off electricity at the 1st night but their fixation was slow-response and kinda ignorance feeling.

I needed a short stopover between trips it was affordable no frills but comfortable at the same, large supermarket across the street with many restaurants options.

The location is very good as it locates at the center of Haiphong City. The hotel also supports me for motorbike rent.

It’s right in the city centre so you can go around easily. A lot of food around and the staff were very friendly. The room is brilliant, tidy, and new. All the facilities are perfect. Highly recommended xx
