The hotel is located in a strange area but close to the Airport, which is what we needed. There was a slightly strange smell in the room. Breakfast was good.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pearl River Hotel. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially with the airport just a short distance away. The staff were extremely supportive and always ready to assist, making my experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, with beautifully decorated interiors and well-maintained rooms. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Great location, close to Haiphong airport. I had a meeting which was only down the road from this hotel so was well located for my needs. The restaurant serves both local and international food which was good for my needs. The hotel also arranged for a car to pick us up from Hanoi airport and take me to the hotel which is approximately a 1.5 hours drive away.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! We loved everything there: comfortable rooms, meals, interior, the swimming pool etc. The staff attentiveness is beyond imagination, especially at reception! We stayed in numerous hotels over the world, but we have never experienced such a warm welcome. Thank you Pearl River hotel for making us feel trully at home.

Hotel location is near the airport but far from downtown and not many opportunities around there. Nice spacious pool. Breakfast was good. We had a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable.

The best thing about the Pearl River is the great team of amazing staff! Our room was lovely, very clean and with everything you could need.

good value for money. nice pool. good sized room. great restaurant around the corner.
beds were SO uncomfortable and like concrete. staff not very attentive and never around the pool. drinks orders took an hour to make then 30 minutes to arrive.
