Nice facilities, good location. It's a relatively small domain, which makes it cozy. Plenty of things to do with kids on a short distance by car. Staff is nice and friendly.

There is no restaurant or shop onsite. You can walk into town (10-15 minutes walk) where you'll find supermarkets. If you want to go to a restaurant is the town you better reserve. When we were there it felt like every single restaurant was full. The communication pre-travel was awfull. You get messages through booking with links that do not work. When you call the phone nr's indicated in the communication you'll ve told they can't help you because you booked through booking. Some of the replies I got were rude, and when you complain by mail they din't answer. Try to call the domain in france directly. The staff onsite is competent and friendly, which can't be said of the central staff.

The apartment size was perfect, very well furnished, big terrace with nice sea view, plenty of towels, a shower room and a bathroom, 2 toilets, fully equiped kitchen, - we were very comfortable. Pool with beautiful view. Parking, spa, plenty of activities around.

it was hot to sleep, and no blackouts. thats the only items to improve.

calm and beautiful location with wonderful views to the ocean and Houlgate town down the hill, green gardens around. The beach is perfect - was not too crowded in July, the town - very cosy, with several places to eat and a great fish market for your own cooking experience.

we informed about our late arrival time but no one sent us any answer or instructions and once we came there was no one to give us the keys. If not another couple, who arrived at the same time and had a phone message from the reception with codes how to get the keys from the locked box, we would have been left without a room until the morning

The overall impression of the hotel is very good. The hotel located on a hill with a spectacular sea and city view. Houses surrounded with bushes of lavender and different trees and looks vey cozy. Both, indoor and outdoor, heated pools are very convenient with a great view. SPA complex is also good, especially pool with jacuzzi and relaxation room. The rooms are well sized, with a balcony or terrace, it is also well furnished. Fully equipped kitchen is additional plus for the self-service holiday, since there is no restaurant at the territory. Despite some improvements are needed, I still can highly recommend this place.

Although the hotel looks very good it really need to be renovated. The railings on balconies, other wooden parts of houses should be painted. Broken tiles by the pool should be changed, while pools and deckchairs should be cleaned. Also the rooms should be cleaned more carefully: hoods, lamps, corners with spiders, under the beds, terrace / balcony are quite dusty. The furniture is also a bit "tired", stains on a sofa. Another disappointing thing is that the hotel requests a guest to clean the room before check out - taking off a bed linen, cleaning of the kitchen and taking out the garbage - this is work of housekeeping team not of the guest, with all respect. Also would be nice if the hotel could offer bowls for pets, on demand.

Good location for traveling the beauties of Normandy. Very nice town of Houlgate, nice, long beach, only 15 min. by walk. Big, warm pool in the resinence, sauna, wellness.

Pool/wellness opens only from 10-19. You cannot jump into the pool after a long trip. Noise - if you have apartment above (near) the pool, the noice is 24/7. Very annoying. Very noisy A/C with no switch off.

The location was perfect for our visit to that area of France, The Facilities were perfect for our needs. We like to self cater or eat out. The beds were comfortable & there was good quality linen.

ANTS!! Unfortunately were were invaded by ants that lasted for the duration of our stay. However the staff were helpful & lent us a vacuum cleaner to keep the place a clean & free as possible.

Not as clean as we would have liked, not very flexible on arrival time despite requesting, no fans in rooms during summer and no aircons, could do with small shop for basic goods

Just returned from a fantastic week at pierre & vacances. Well maintained and excellent facilities and great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend 👌

Pool & spa opens at 9.45 and closes at 7pm but not a problem if you plan your day around their hours

Nice and attentive to the demands staff. They have done their best to satisfy our demand for the room. Clean and well equipped spa with its own terrace

It d be nice to have more sun umbrellas at the outdoor swimming pool during very hot summer days
