Missing some modern world basics. No Freezer for Ice in fridge. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. TV analogue could easily add a Google chrome to make smart. Beds not comfortable. Double is two singles (does not work with a ridge). Wifi is minimal. Had to use roaming data for important meetings. B&B to upgrade and improve service or advise guests in advance. Or offer esim Data package to be sure to provide guest the right experience.

Well, I liked it all - the combination of the whole package. First, the location seemed like "far away", but after driving around a little in the area, it all made sense. The house, pool, and restaurant - all were quite perfect. We ate at the restaurant for 3 evenings and got to try different foods - all local and self-made - and tasted really good! Thank you!

Well, if I have to, then maybe the pool could be cleaned more often and the bathroom (shower) for me was quite small - but what can you do with such an old castle, it is okay :) I didn't like the fact that I had to leave, could have been there another 1-2 days :)... So I will return :)

This place is so good that I feel I don't want to write a review. I want to keep this secret for myself and only for me for all time. But that's not fair to the lovely people who run this excellent place. If you have the opportunity, have dinner at their place and experience something unique, delicious, incredible.

At first I was disappointed by the steam room not working in our room. However, this was quickly forgotten about and we had a fantastic time. Francesco and Decorato were a pleasure to be around. They played with our young kids and brought them fresh apple juice when we were out in the garden. We ate in the restaurant two evenings and the food was amazing - fresh, homemade and typical of the area. The wines we tried were very nice also. We considered it very good value for half board and we also enjoyed chatting to the other guests at dinner. Pool area was also nice, particularly enjoyed by our kids and there is plenty of shade a few metres from the pool. The only time we left was to pick up some lunch, which the B&B doesn't usually offer, so we hardly left the property for the three nights. There were other couples and groups staying and all seemed to enjoy their stay I would definitely recommend this place.

It is not a 5 star plush hotel it is an amazing rustic Italian residence where you feel at home the people are so beautiful we arrived early our room was ready were shown around and then left to ourselves lovely inviting pool on such a hot day !!! There is a restaurant on the property which is why we initially booked because the reviews were fantastic and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely exceptional with a stunning outdoor setting the grounds are just tranquil and soo Italian. Loved it. Australia is a long way away and we are sooo happy we got to stay in this magical spot.

Not everything is perfect but it was !!!

Actually, just one word is enough to describe our experience at Cefalicchio B&B - PERFETTO!! We found a beautiful place to relax after exploring big and crowded Italian cities. We had a nice cozy room, which was clean. Nearby was a swimming pool and restaurant. The Vila is surrounded by olive trees and grapes. We used Waze, so it was easy to find and reach this place (by car). Hosts were very friendly and the restaurant was astonishing! The owner of the restaurant - Francesco, was super nice, even allowed us to come for a dinner while the restaurant was closed for preparation for tomorrow. The food (from local ingredients) - super delicious, wine & atmosphere was amazing. There is also a possibility to purchase local wines and olive oil.

The renovation of the building. The evening meal was without menu just discussed what you wanted and they had 6 dishes of four course glass of wine and water 40 Euros

The location is falsely shown by Google maps directing you to drive through the vine grove on farm tracks. Suggest owner adds instructions moving the location point to where it joins the paved road Then there should be less difficulty rather than saying Google is no good and recommend a less well known mapping service

What a wonderful place. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through but we would return and stay longer next time. Beautiful, calm location. Lovely pool. Dinner was exceptional. No menu just 6 different plates, all interesting, all very tasty. Room was fine. Breakfast was most pleasant.

The place is amazing: peaceful, beautiful, a great location to rest. The garden with swimming pool is splendid. We've been during wisteria blooming and that was an amazing spectacle, with whole building covered in flowers. Our apartment was comfortable and big, and we were even given local wine as a welcome drink. Breakfast is served in the local restaurant and it was a great buffet, with some local products and amazing croissants. We truly enjoyed our stay there (1 night only, unfortunately).

The place was really great, and for it to be perfect, a small sitting area in the room would be even better (but I guess in the warmer months you can sit outside).

We were staying as an overnight on route to Greece via Brindisi. We have 3 small dogs and Sabino welcomed us with open arms all the staff were delightful . The location is tranquil and calm. Our room was next to the lovely pool so easy with our dogs. Our car was full of stuff the parking was secure. Some say the property was difficult to find but we did not have a problem with our satnav.
