Lovely authentic agriturismo in Puglia, a real farm growing fruit trees, cereals, a vegetable garden etc where we were given a fascinating guided tour by one of the owners. The rooms are simple but everything is clean and the showers work perfectly. Very quiet location in the middle of the countryside. Only about 3 kms away from the fantastic Castel del Monte which you can see from the farm grounds. Very helpful and friendly owners who will do their utmost to fulfill your wishes. The food is great, we had dinner here all 4 evenings of our stay and it was excellent. This friendly place is real value for money !

Nothing. All was well and we had a great time here

The location near Castel del Monte was excellent. we ate every evening at the masseria and enjoyed the experience very much. The hosts were accommodating to our schedule and went out of their way to be helpful. Nicola even made arrangements for us to take a yoga class in a nearby town.

While the coffee was excellent, the breakfasts were not quite up to the standard of the dinners. But this is a very small complaint.

This was a great place to stay after visiting Castel del Monte. It is in an historic villa on a farm with lots of charm and a very nice restaurant. The breakfast was wonderful and the family and staff were all so nice and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. However if you have a problem with steps be sure to get a room with easy access. Our attic room was very cozy.

The silence, the big terrasse

We had the suite with two rooms, some of the furniture were authentic, but there was furniture which didn‘t fit in the room and destroyed the charme of these historic rooms, like too many cheap beds and a sideboard with tv.

Excellent location to visit the impressive Castel del Monte. The family that owns and runs the place is very friendly and the building and rooms are fantastic! Finally a place without IKEA furniture and linen!

Amazing dinner. There were only four guests us (2) included (not high season) and the waiter could not make it so the cook waa bringing us food and explaining everything. We talked and ate and drank amazing wine. A lot of space, interesting house, very peaceful.

Rustic and family friendly and full of history and authenticity and delicious food and friendly staff! Clean and comfortable and AC!

A little bit hard to find

Great location in the heart of Murgia but still easy access. Beautiful historic home with many original decor. Professor Pavan is a great talker and has interesting stories to share

Outdoor facilities need some sprucing up,

A beautiful place to stay close to the Castel del Monte. An old farmhouse, surrounded by nature. A pity we planned only one night here.

The breakfast was rather simple - traditionally Italian though, meaning sweet.

Lovely agroturismo with yummy food close to Castel del Monte and the Alta Murgia National Park. Good base for exploring by car. The fact that we were allowed to pick as many cherries as we wanted made my daughter very happy! We stayed in the suite which is very spacious.

There were quite a few mosquitoes which somewhat dampened the enjoyment of the big terrace adjoining our room.
