Liked the room, location and staff.

Less keen on the dining options (jars of food in the fridge for you to select and they reheat it for you). It did taste pretty good but the fast-food element wasn't particularly inspiring. However, breakfast is very good. Also didn't like the outside noise! Not the hotel's fault - just being in a city, I suppose.

Great location- right in the centre of the old town, the main reason to book in my opinion. Rooms were a good size and included a 50inch tv and usb points etc. The bathroom was large and nicely specced too. There was a pool and spa, which we didn't use.. having to wear a swim cap even in the sauna was bizarre for a four star hotel! Staff were friendly, the guy that checked us in spoke excellent English although we didn't expect him to.

The Bokal restaurant which was attached to the hotel.. you select the food you want in little pots and then microwave them? I think this works fine in an ibis budget or similar, but we preferred to go out and eat in a little restaurant 500m away which would have been a more suitable hotel like dining experience.

Great location nice rooms and a great breakfast

The parking was across the road and attached to a big public car park absolutely fine in a modern car but we had a very old car and was concerned about leaving it there. But they did have CCTV and all was good in the end.

Really nice hotel, for 1 night stay it was exactly what we needed. Nothing to complain about. Really lovely staff, room really clean and super calm, also the location is perfect. We will definitely come back when staying in the area.

The hotel was very well located. The place was clean and beautifully decorated.

The breakfast was expensive for what it was. The towels for the spa are not included and we had to pay 3€ each. The gym is too small with only 1 bike and 1 cardio machine.

I really think the kitchen could be so much better. I didn't eat there, it just didn't look appealing. The restaurant's design is gorgeous, it deserves a great kitchen.

Location is very good and ideal for a one night stay. Great terrace area and bar.

Aggressive pricing (pay in advance no refund) policy. No cctv evident in car park which is not secure. Room size small for a newly renovated four star hotel.

THIS IS THE CREME-DE-LA-CREME OF HOTELS. First and foremost: The staff behind the reception desk are all super nice, friendly, service minded and helpful. Their smiles made my day again and again. Same goes for the restaurant and breakfast area. They all speak English perfectly. The hotel is gorgeous and brand spanking new. Very taste full decorated. My room was huge, clean and most importantly: cool. It was pretty hot during my stay. The air conditioning (Daikin) was silent and effective. There are plenty of mains outlets. The shower is huge and bath tub is nice to have (I didn't use it though). The pool is gorgious, although it could be 2-3 degrees cooler during summer. There is even an adjacent terrace for sunbathing. All in all this is probably my longest review ever but WELL DESERVED...! I will absolutely come back May next year.

Breakfast was good, location excellent.

Not a problem for us, but some might find it difficult to carry luggage from car park across road and hotel is tricky to reach by car.

Great location in the city. Private hotel car park not far from hotel near the station. Rooms were large and next door to each other ground floor (think they were disabled friendly rooms). Helpful staff and kettle in the rooms. We arrived late afternoon and didn't realise there is a stunning medieval chateax to visit here. Loved the cobbled streets location.

No hair conditioner available. No tea, only instant coffee available. Small things which we brought with us, so we still enjoyed our stay.
