The hotel was in a perfect location with beach nearby. Five mins walking distance. Brilliant outdoor pool with sunbeds. All inclusive with a wide range of foods. Drinks were available all the time. Hot water available for showers.staff were always on hand to help.very accommodating. We were the only Pakistani family there and we're looked after really well. Lovely play area for kids also.

No lift for my elderly parents.

The staff were super friendly and flexible, and always happy to help. The hotel and surroundings are child-friendly, with a playground on premises. The location, of course, was great, and close to the beach. The food was very good, and restaurants were nearby for when we wanted something different. Our group contained an age range from 1 to 84 years old, and everyone enjoyed the stay!

There were some problems with the plumbing. They didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay, and given the price, nothing to complain about.

The place is just right to stay if you love beach and sun. The food is awesome.

The inability of people to communicate in English is something.

Liked - the territory good restaurant, the seaside, the beach are quite well also. Rooms are partly renovated but not enough good quality -rest of hotel- restaurant, lobby are good and clean. The staff really do the best : special thanks to Mr. Yusuf from reception and to Mr. Samet from bar. Beautiful surroundings, sandy beach a short walk away. Hotel for those who value tranquility and peace - this is not a place for party people. You can really enjoy this hotel but if you have great expectations it better to choose another one.

Room renovation poor quality-leaves a half impression, paint stains on the floor, especially in the bathroom

One of the best stuff we ever met - friendly, always ready to help and provide their best. We were with children and the general manager allowed us late check out - huge thank for that! Nice SPA and „must try“ hamam and stone massage) Peaceful and excellent location - 5 min walk to the sea! Wi-fi worked properly and steadily.

One disadvantage was the fact that some of good and tasty meals were too spicy especially for children - spicy omelet or baked potatoes. But the quality of food was ok in general.

There is no ventillation in the bathrooms so we suffered from smells until we realized that bathroom door has to be kept open at all times (when no one is using it of course). Sounds weird but does the trick.

We like this hotel so much! Clean, comfortable, tasty food. But the greatest advantage of this hotel is its location. There is quietly, not many people, calm beach, walking path, green grass.

Service staff is excellent. They are very friendly and professional and really paying attention to the cleanness. Location is amazing, close to a beautiful beach. Breakfast was the best of the three meals served during a day.

Housekeeping is basically non existent. At the check in we received a paper with all the information where they are stating that linen and towels would be changed every second day. It’s a one big lie. On our third day we had to ask to have our room cleaned and towels changed. We received new towels that were thrown on the bed and toilet paper, that’s it. No bed was made, nothing was wiped except toilet bowl. When we were at our fifth day we ask if we could get our linen changed, receptionist said it would be done, it wasn’t, next day neither, we asked again. We got new towels, housekeeper left window to our balcony opened so basically if someone would like to enter they could do that, and again no linen changed. On day seven of our stay, housekeeping entered just to spray with a air freshener and „made” bed, were they tugged one of the side and the rest they left as it was. We didn’t even get new towels .The housekeeping in this hotel is a disgrace. Food was also one big disappointment. Everything was fresh and tasty but as the only meat option we were served four times, during our ten days stay, livers. As a fish they serve here tiny fish that, usually you would feed to cat, not to your guests. When we arrived, property looked like not quite prepared yet. On the ground floor, rooms were occupied by workers and used as storage.It doesn’t look good when passing guests can see inside, at least they could have been closed or blinded by curtain. On top of that, right underneath us they were drilling, cutting and hammering. Luckily we were mostly out but they were days we wanted to relax in the room but there was quite often noisy.

They up sold us to an all inclusive, which was really good actually, well worth it. Nice location quietly with beach access.

They messed up our booking and i had to tell myself to pay extra, which took like 10 minutes to convince them what we had to pay, but then they raped us on the exchange rate from Euro to Lira. Maybe next time be nicer to people who are honest? I could have gona away without a problem and paying only 7.5 euro instead of 75..
