The breakfast exceeded ou expectations, the variety and quality of the food was great. The restaurant staff very nice and polite.

The surroundings of the Hotel very noisy at night. On the other hand, well located for walking and with a very good nearby minimarket.

Absolutely perfect!!! The best HDA in the country by far, and I’ve tried them all. Super clase to beach, UNAP university, good restaurants and very empathic staff. You’re simply the best!

Location near to the beach although I couldn’t go out because of COVID restrictions but you can see the beach and hear the sea , the breakfast is very good so many delicious things I did love the hot salads and eggs , the internet connection is excellent .

The carpet was not so clean as I expected was not vacuumed , the shower didn’t have hot water or was not hot enough for my taste I had to take shower every day in cold water , is better to pay in dollars in that way it costs less otherwise they charge you more , the sofa also was not too clean for the price , the TV was not smart TV just regular flat screen TV

It was super clean. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast buffett had a few things to choose from and very clean. Great value for money.

Staff was very professional and accommodating at all times. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable compared to other hotels at this level - a regular room here would easily be called a Junior Suite by most others. King size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied, and all current sanitary measures were respected everywhere at all times.

It had lots of customers, and the parking spot was full, that was the only downside. But from staff to attention and specially the room 604 was absolutely amazing.

Room space, very good size for 1 traveler. Bathroom, very clean and easy to use, great to have a bath (most hotels only provide shower), staff very helpful and willing to meet your requirements

Many people (passengers) not wearing mouth cover (?) even when the Hotel is very clear on that is mandatory. This was very inconvenient especially for a 1st impression. Everyone at the lobby (again, passengers) all seating and having a chat with mouth covers off. On a different note, noise isolation needs improvement. You can easily hear other rooms doors closing and people walking down the hallways
