This hotel is located in the middle of the busy road and shops are within walkable distance. The hotel is brand new and well maintained. Complementary breakfast is superb quality and a nice restaurant located inside the hotel as well at 5th floor Underground parking is available with limited capacity but having a parking facility is an added advantage. Great interior works inside the room and outside too.

A few things need to be improved.... 1) The provided calling bell outside the room makes a strange sound and guests won't be able to hear.it at all. 2) Room service starts from 7.00 am and if you would like to have coffee/tea before 7.00am then you have go outside to have one or use the hot water kettle provided in the room. 3) Most importantly when we searched with the hotel name, it gave us two addresss. The other fake address is in the middle of neighbourhood with very narrow streets. We went there and got stuck up in the narrow streets The actual hotel is on the main road. Hotel management should remove the fake address from the Google search so that it won't mislead the guest to the wrong address

Everything was so nice... it is a very good property indeed... ! Staff are quite attentive, caring and they understand hospitality sincerely... kudos to the team!! From security to front office to house keeping to room service to the manager... excellent team.. ! Special thanks to chef for old world tomato soup... !!

The person at the reception on the night of 4th Dec needs more experience on how to talk to customers. He was pretty rude while it was completely unnecessary to behave that way! All the other staff were good. The main road and the traffic was bad, but that is out of scope for improvement.

1.Location was accessible. 2.Cleanly maintained 3.Good food 4.Seamless wifi 5.Friendly staff 6. Top notch house keeping. 7.Was provided with all required toiletries. 8.Private Parking. 9.Amazing Breakfast

Very clean hotel. Stay was comfortable.

The only downside was the location. There was construction around the hotel, that resulted in longer time in getting to the hotel. It should be sorted out in a few months, hopefully.

This property is a new one, located in prime area easy access to shops and show rooms. They have Vallet parking in basement. Good service from staffs. Fast WiFi, I loved the breakfast lots of option, chef came to individual table and take feedback. Mr.Guna friendly and very helpful in the reception. I will come again next time. Thank you

Rooms was well kept.and clean.staffs were very courteous and helpful. Food was good and Restaurant had a unique decor.

Parking was good but while removing the Vehicle it was difficult because of tremendous slop..

Very nice place. Overall rooms and breakfast were excellent.

. We reached quite late at night, so no food was available and there was no staff to carry luggage to rooms and we didn't ask either.

Location was good . Layout of the room was good. Toileteries quality was very good. Bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean.
