We booked a room for 2 persons but we were 3 persons so they upgraded our room. Wo stayed in 404 room number and it was having a wonderful view. There was a big shared balcony outside our room and they have provided beds and swings for having sun bath. Staff was very polite and helpful.

You will have to climb hills and stairs to reach the hotel so it will be difficult for old aged persons to reach. And there is no private parking available. Also there were few power cuts during the stay. Power backup is available but bathroom light and geezer were not working during power cut.

The room was big and well equipped. The view from my balcony was a bliss. And the staff was very helpful for payment and to guide me through Tapovan. It was difficult to find the hotel and it's kind of remote from the center of Tapovan and the slope is very stiff to reach the hotel, if you can ride a bike to go there, it'll be better for your legs :) It was very calm and silent though. if I ever come back to Rishikesh, I'll book this hotel room again for sure.

Really kind and welcoming service, very helpful. The location is great and outside of the bustling centre of Tapovan, so you can get a good nights sleep! The room was huge and everything worked well - literally couldn't have hoped for a better stay for what I was looking for (peace, quiet, yoga). There is even a Yogashala at the very top you can use for free - it has an amazing view + a swing outside to look at the view :) 10/10

The view was amazing. Beautiful balcony and helpful staff. I absolutely recommend to pick the room with balcony and view. It has everything you need. You will also have filtered water in the property and coffee in your room.

There was no parking place. The access can be a bit difficult for people with limited mobility. There was no breakfast in the hotel. The location can be a bit difficult to find even using google maps.

Surprisingly quiet considering it’s location. Some rooms have a great view of the Ganges which is nice to enjoy from your balcony in the morning. Very clean, facilities in the room are excellent. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I stayed here as my train arrived late at night and I wanted somewhere closer to the taxi stand.

It’s only personal preference, but I prefer to stay on the other side of the river. Also a lot of monkeys visit the balcony if you are eating out there, which is a bit scary!

The hotel was nice and cosy. Need to give special mention to Mr Vinod (I hope I got his name right) at the lobby desk who was very helpful. You have almost all facilities there,; massage, money changer, scooter rental etc. The views were stunning

I know it was understood that the hotel was on Hilltop. But it was tiring to go up all they way by stairs to the fifth floor. But this should not be regarded as a real negative aspect, but a point to be noted for those with special needs

It was a little far from the busiest area of ​​Rishikesh, so it was quiet and comfortable. It's also conveniently located near the center of town. The room was clean and the airport pick up was also very helpful. The price is also reasonable.

I stayed there from weekdays to holidays, and because there were a lot of people staying there on weekends, the electricity was sometimes cut off, and the water was cut off the next day, but it was restored after a short wait, so it wasn't stressful.

This is a beautiful property about a 10 minute walk to Tapovan and 20 to Ram Jhula. I stayed in a brand new rehabbed room on the second floor and extended my stay soon after I arrived. The room was beautifully equipped, had a balcony and a great shower with hot water. The wifi here is excellent and the connection fast--I was teaching live classes and never had a problem. I ordered food almost everyday to my room and was never disappointed. The manager is very friendly and professional and offered me several choices of rooms and the caretaker of the property makes sure everything is running smoothly. You can see that the property is well cared for. The yoga room is available if there are no classes and has a beautiful view of the Ganga. There is a nice balcony to sit in the afternoon sun and hang out with the monkeys. Overall, there is just a good vibe here and I'm looking forward to returning.

Noisy guests. I mean really.....a hotel is not your home, so it's important to have consideration for other guests. I had to ask several of my neighbors to be quiet after 10PM as I go to bed early and wake up early for yoga. People traveling in groups yelling and slamming doors are very annoying and disrespectful and you can hear the noise from inside the room...especially if a family decides to have a party on their balcony until 1AM.

This place has exceeded all my expectations. Not only does it has an amazing view of the River and Rishikesh, the room was cozy and very well maintained. The rooms have a tea kettle, a fridge, a large glass water container to fill up water down the hall and glasses, a hair dryer, affordable room service. The manager was always available with a smile and willing to make you happy to make your stay the best it can be. The last day he took me on his scooter, to my less than 8 minutes away destination, with all my bags. Thank you! As a solo woman traveler I wanted a place to decompress and have the luxury of home. It met the expectations. The was so comfortable and it has light switches next to the bed; as an American, that is important to me, another added feature which contributes to coziness. The location is a 8 minute walk to the main road in Tapovan where all the shops are, and worth it for the view. The price was exceptional for all what you get. I hope to go back.

The location is a bit complicated, but that’s the price you pay if you want mountain views. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly! And you also get a nice outside area with mountain views.

The room with mountain view is very good and spacious, the simpler ones are ok as well but the air conditioning weren’t in is best days and there were some bugs in the room.
