The staff were all all incredibly friendly. Check in was great and all the hotel amenities were laid out. Room was a good size and beds were really comfortable. Breakfast is always an exciting perk when staying in a hotel and the location was very convenient.

Breakfast was sub par. Not a lot of choices and the ones available weren't super but, it was included. There are renovations in the hotel so it was quite noisy at times and the wifi was absolutely horrendous which made it impossible to work from the hotel. Also, oddly, not a lot of plug ins and the heat was frustrating as it seemed to be "motion activated" leaving thr room really cold

Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Amazing soaker tub in the suite. Nice breakfast room with a good selection. Very friendly staff.

Cooling wasn’t working but portable ac units were supplied which worked fine - and we did receive an email from the hotel stating this was the case and we could cancel if we wished. Pillows were too small but comfortable. Coffee for the room wasn’t very good. Very weak with little flavour. Traffic outside the hotel can be loud at times but overall not too bad.

Good hotel with spacy and comfortable rooms. The room was clean and equipped with all you need for a longer stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The AC was not working but the hotel had advised me beforehand. A table fan was placed in the room and by keeping the balcony door open during the night, my stay was comfortable enough. The breakfast buffet was quite simple but tasty.

The room was spacious and clean, loved the comforter, which was a duvet I think. The staff was great, it was close to everything we needed, and we had a great time.

The suite I stayed in was bigger and better than most bachelor studio apartments. It was very clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and a separate sitting area. Staff was very help and polite. Location was very nice. Right in water front by Athabasca River. Plenty of parking. Close by resturant.

Beds were not queen size and not enough for two to sleep in one bed.

Great warm breakfast with friendly helpful staff and plenty to eat for a family

The room was sold as a 6 sleeper but was actually for 4, the hotel staff esp Alma and the manager went out of their way to rectify the error and make sure that we are comfortable and happy.

Climate control was a bit out to lunch. Luckily the room we stayed in had a patio, So we could open the door to let cool air in.
