Hotel one Multan is our most favorite hotel to stay for a night during our Karachi to Islamabad travel. Every time, we are satisfied with our stay. This time we booked their Suite. It has a huge bedroom area and a separate living room which had a work chair table as well. Room was quite good. Staff, as always, was very cooperative. Food was quite good, though slightly over priced. Breakfast was very good.

Excellent customer services ,My saty was three day for which I I booked Delux room for ourselves, room given was a standard room ,I was so busy in my working affairs that I used room for sleeping. ON Second day I complained the front line staff that room is not my expectation .Mehroo and her reception colleagues listend to my complainant took action and was given better room which I was very thankful .In future I will definitely consider booking this hostel establishment .

Location, cleanliness, security, and staff were excellent. High-quality cappuccino was offered by the front desk staff while we waited for our room to be ready. We loved the gesture. Overall great value for a comfortable stay.

The attached washrooms need a little better exhaust system.

Overall it was a good stay. We were travelling and reached around 8 but our experience was smooth. They provided us with complimentary drinks and fruits and then suggested to take a complimentary mattress as well which we happily accepted. Breakfast was fine, with almost all necessary items present. Comparable to all top hotels in the city with slightly lower cost.

It was at a prime location and room was nice and clean

It wasnt mentioned that you need marriage certificate to get yourself checked in. I asked one night before but it was mentioned but at the check in desk the lady was making fuss about it and refused us to check in.

The property location was nice there were multiple eateries at a walking distance from the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. When checking out we were travelling ahead to Lahore so the check-in concierge named Mahrukh at our request helped us book a couple of rooms in the Lahore branch, which was a great help to us.

The breakfast was good, tendering to local and western tastes.the reception staff was very polite and helpful we arrive well before check in time and the staff were kind enough to to have our room ready within half an hour

This hotel was an excellent choice! We received a warm welcome, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and we felt taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place, 100%!

Responsiveness of staff, cleanliness, and Breakfast (Chef Tariq is a wonderful host and cooks really good food).

We stayed two nights there, on our 1st night there was some musical night, loud music was there.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
