The Hotel has spacious rooms which they should furnish maybe a couch and a coffee table will do and remove the old metal furniture. As time goes on you may consider putting in an aircon and a fridge.

The stairs at the back are too steepy. Funds permitting you may invest in an elevator as the hotel is not yet disability inclusive. Lack of fridges results in us using not so cold water yet it was hot.

The staff,reception, the rooms were so smart Morden technology facilities, It's quite, no drunkards around,it's a dignified place where you can bring in respected people like parents and in-laws for a stay.

Going upstairs manually especially with the elderly or disabled, If you could make a provision for a few rooms or a room on the ground floor so that you can accommodate all that will be great.My 92 year old mom really loved the place.

The breakfast was amazing, well prepared & right on time. I enjoyed it so much

Putting fridges in all rooms

Staff was all great. Desk clerk very gracious when the credit card wouldn't run (we were not sure if it was our card or the network). Room was clean. Breakfast was good, with unlimited coffee, which I need in the morning.

More towels would have been nice. Also I would pay a bit more for an air conditioning unit. The toilet is VERY close to the wall. And please make sure there is an extra toilet roll - I was afraid I would have to ration!

I liked everything about my stay.

Breakfast disappointed me. The $7 breakfast didn't meet my expectations, it was good but I feel it wasn't value for my money.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I happened to arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff managed to get the room ready for me. The hotel is very clean and organised, l would always book there when ever I m in Bulawayo. Thumbs up to the staff.

The room was clean the only issue was they was no hot water from the shower had a cold shower.

It's more of a suggestion rather . There's a bit of mold growing on the toilet / bathroom ceiling .Paint touch-up needed to restore standard .

Great Central location

Decor could be more comfortable especially chairs and tables to make it comfortable to work from room with a Laptop
