Everything was wonderful - the pickup and drop off at Sanze station, the kind staff, the food, the beautiful view from my room, and dinner (with sunset view). I very much enjoyed the outdoor onsen. In my experience, large onsen hotels with scenic views (eg Enoshima) tend to not offer very good food and cut a few corners on maintenance but the food was very good and everything (including music playing in the corridors) was thoughtfully and carefully maintained. This stay was one of the highlights of my 10-day solo trip.

The room was a little faded in 70s chocolate brown tones but it added to the slightly retro feeling.

Have been to numerous onsen stay in Japan, this one ranks one of the best if not the best. The set dinner is overwhelming, the service is the best I have encountered in all my stay; After we have checked out of the hotel & as we were early for the public bus, we waited at hotel open area. The staff came to confirm our bus timing & specially made some traditional Japanese tea & served it with candies too. The thoughtful service really made our day. Thank you.

Beautiful oceanfront location with sunset views from your room. Wonderful Onsen overlooking the sea. Exceptional staff that catered to our every need. Taxi assistance. Gourmet Japanese cuisine. Special diet accommodation. The location is close to the Kamo Aquarium.

We stayed two nights - We love the personalised service and care of the all the staffs especially the Beautiful Host MiKaSan 美華. This Onsen provide great quality breakfast meals and different dinner plans for us ! Blow fish , Scorpion fish ! She pay attention to our needs and small details to make our stay very happy ! She offered us a free ride to aquarium and play nice music in the lobby , walkways for us when we leave the room and walk around . The sea view from the room was super cool and it’s very peaceful to stay here . This is a great place for peace , calming , relaxation and nice food ! Great location on the beach with wonderful views. Meals included lots of fresh seafood. One member of staff spoke English well and was very helpful.

The location beside the Sea of Japan is spectacular. The room was very comfortable. Above all, the staff were excellent, particularly Angelica.

The dinners were quite spectacular, but far too generous.

It’s located right next to the sea. Great views. I had to arrive way early before check-in time due to the train schedule and they were accommodating to allow me to check-in early. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lead to our rooms and were introduced to the facilities at the hotel. The dinner was fabulous, service at dinner was excellent.
