- The staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed me to check in early, also they booked a taxi to the airport for me early in the morning, and even printed my flight tickets. They were also available 24 hours. - The location is great. - The rooms are clean.

- Breakfast was very simple. - Breakfast items were not replenished during the final 30 minutes of service.

Very much in the center of Van. Helpful staff and nice, freshly made breakfast. Prices are very reasonable and the room is really clean!

Everything was perfect-room totally clean, superb bathroom, air-conditioning and soft towels. The breakfast was freshly prepared and though it didn't offer great variety, everything was delicious and homemade.

No downside, everything was amazing.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good, just in the city centre. The staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is good too with a nice view on the top floor of the hotel.

Bath room draining design is not too good. The floor will be all wet after shower.

I liked the room, the bed, the fact that it was quiet at night, no smoking around. I liked the receptionists, both of them were helpful and polite . All the facilities - the shower, the furniture were of high quality.

Highly recommend. New hotel, facilities are in great shape. Shower was a bit slow to warm up, but steaming hot with great pressure. Room was nice and warm- heated floors! Kettle and mini fridge in room.

The Turkish host was very friendly. The hotel is newly built, clean and located in a very good location. Close to shopping centers.

I had a room with two single beds, which was a bit small

I think that the most important thing was about reception. He and a young man handel everything and they are fantastic.
