I love the atmosphere. Old buildings and orchards all over. It was a true Agriturismo with variety of animals around as well. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. It had a large variety of items including eggs, yogurt, toast, pies, cereal, juice, water, coffee, tea, etc, and a lovely smile from the lady that ran the kitchen who had already set a table for us before we got there. The compound was out of the city itself but only about 5 minutes out so you can find shops and variety of restaurants close by. The rooms had air-conditioning, a tv and a bunch of towels for us. There are also plenty of plugs in room for everyone to use.

The room was very small. And for a family of 4 with 2 big boys it was too small for us. We made due for the one night we were there though. The bathroom was as clean as it could be without some tlc. There was one window in the bathroom with no screen so we kept getting mosquitoes in throught the window and that was not to good. Also there was no net for the front door as well which was the only in or out of the room. The beds for the boys were bunk beds that were pulled down from the wall and they were very small and lopsided so both boys kept kicking the wooden frame in the night. Very uncomfortable. As lovely as this place was we will probably not be back as a family. Maybe as a couple only.

The farm has been professionally refurbished and is surounded by nature. The breakfast was served with a wide variety of home-baked cakes. The bus station is only 700 m away with direct buses to Venice (7E and 7DE). The bus ticket vending machine was not operating, thus you need a mobile phone to buy a ticket. Three very good restaurants are just left of the bus station, serving Italian, American and Japanese food.

I felt very comfortable and welcome, and I will come again.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great value for money, bus stop is 10 minutes walk and then it is a 45 minutes ride to Venice island. Accommodations are very well taken care of, with domestic animals on premises.

The hostess at the breakfast could be a little bit friendlier and also it would be great to have more savoury options for breakfast, for example sausages, spreads, omelettes etc. Not everybody likes sweet Italian breakfast.

Very nice location when You travel with kids. About 400m from hotel is bus stop from where You can take bus directly to Venice. Very nice and helpful staff. Animals were there, and kids have a lot fun. Very interesting breakfast in Italy style. Very nice place around the hotel where We spent evenings with kids and friends

We used this agritourismo as our gateway to Venice. We enjoyed the facilities and the breakfast were very good. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and the homemade Lasagna was fantastic. Francesco and Mary were very hospitable and help with getting to Venice. We used the train from Mira Mirano thru Mestre to Venice and back and it worked great. Would highly recommend .

Interestig Agritourismo

It was a one night stop. Close to Venice, so nice to go have coffee in the town. We loved the nature surrounding the place, good escape from the city life.

The breakfast was very modest. Mostly cakes, not a good selection of savoury stuff.

The host was so kind to us, our ferry from Greece was cancelled and our replacement took us to Ancona instead of Venice, the extra 3 1/2 hour drive meant we arrived late at night. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to us with helping us settle in so late at night!

What a beautiful place! We arrived on a sunday afternoon while sunday lunch was in full swing and it smelt absolutely beautiful. I'm not sure how we managed it but we turned up at the wrong entrance at first but a friendly gentleman on a bicycle came out and led us to the front of the property 🤣. Very friendly and helpful hosts, clean and pretty room (we were in room 3, San Marco) that was cleaned every day. Large ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, air con and a TV. Plenty of free parking, Breakfast was also beautiful. Plenty of outside space to sit and relax in the evening. Close to shops and restaurants while being set back in the country. Would definitely go back!

Not really a dislike but if you're short like me then the metal frame around the bed makes it a little difficult to get in and out of it.

The breakfast was wonderful! I was expecting a "Continental" -- but there was a large spread with homemade fruit tarts (usually at least 2 different kinds), amazing croissants, quiche, along with the hardboiled eggs, meat, cheese, rolls, bread, juices etc, and as much cappuccino and American coffee as you wanted. The owner and his wife also ran a restaurant in the evening with some of the best fresh Italian food I have ever tasted. It wasn't fancy food; it was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed visiting the farm animals. And there was a very comfortable courtyard and patio to sit on morning and evenings. I was in the Veneto to do research, so we would leave after breakfast and not return till 7 PM, but I found myself wishing I could simply sit there and read in the shade for hours.

The wifi was more challenging from our particular room, but that is common in many places.

This place is absolutely perfect for an overnight stay on a long trip... Close to the highway, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. As a bonus, the food is excellent and all the staff are really nice.
