This B&B is a great place to stay if travellers want to spend the day in Venice and then, in the evening, retreat to a 'non touristy' location that is quite attractive with big parks and a few good restaurants. The Mirano train station is quite nearby (a local shuttle bus is available almost outside the door of the B&B) and from there travellers can reach many destinations such as Padua, Verona, etc. Stella, the hostess, is very helpful and goes out of her way to give lots of useful information. There is also an outdoor terrace where guests can sit and relax with nice views of trees in the distance. The B&B is also good value for money.

The room was nice and had a TV with English programming. The bathroom is clean as well with towels. The little town was beautiful. The host was very nice, helpful, and kind.

Quite far from Venice, but didn't mind much. Breakfast prepackaged cookies and one fruit, couldn't use the kitchen at all. The shops around were mostly closed during August.

Clean room, simply furnished. Easy contactless check-in - the owner gave exact and easy to follow instructions over the phone. He also kindly helped with our luggage when we were leaving. Possibility of free parking in front of the building for 30 min or on a free parking 3 min away (which we used). It was nice that we could use a terrasse. Good air-condition. Small but very functional and clean bathroom. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not available due to corona measures.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment (compared to usual offer we normally get in italian B&B for breakfast) - only industrial prepacked items (biscuits, a croissant...) nothing fresh, except an apple. The room looks on a street with a lot of traffic in the morning which means you wake up early. We missed night-tables.

We liked most : the host who was very helpfull to give tips to visit Venice ; superb beds ; very clean & good airco.

The breakfast was on the minimal side but I expect that this was because I was there in off-season and there are still covid restrictions in place.

Very kind people, clean room and city was very nice.

The hosts were really nice and even helped with a late check-in and a smooth check-out, which I appreciated. However, there are several areas where the B&B could improve. They were helpful even through whatsapp. Really appreciated.

For starters, guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen, and only a tiny portion of the fridge is available, which felt a bit unwelcoming compared to other B&Bs I've stayed at. There were no glasses for drinking water in the room, which seemed like a basic necessity. The toilet was clean and hygienic, but the exhaust fan was incredibly loud and only turned off five minutes after flipping the switch.

I did not appreciate when I had a sudden change in my booking due to work circumstances and the proprietors told me that a refund was not possible! Very dissatisfied!!
