EVERYTHING about the hotel. History, character, detail, comfort, location. I am very happy I chose Locanda Ponte Dante. I had the room.with terrace which was fantastic. Overlooking rooftops to a local church bell tower. Old frescos preserved in room from refurbishment. The staff at this small hotel were highly professional, affable, and kind. The restaurant was amazing. Their menu and chef choices are exquisitely Italian. Location is at a lovely bend in the river, and a beautiful laneway walk to town centre a few minutes away. This is a historical building from the 14th century, and you can feel and appreciate that you are experiencing it. The breakfasts were very good. A wide selection of pastries, fruit, and juices, and they prepare eggs and bacon upon request. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The only issue for me was that there are only stairs to access rooms on 2 levels above ground. Staff were very kind to carry my luggage upon arrival and departure.

The building is exceptional - a fully preserved quattro-cento beauty. And this is true for both the exterior and the interior (i.e. the rooms, the stairs, the hallways). The breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked and delicious. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. The staff was very polite and carring. They provided a baby crib for my son, which most of the hosts tend to forget. Upon check out, they've let us deposit our luggage and explore the city while waiting for our late flight. The location is also wonderful - a quiet place with a nearby river next to it. My kid loved the ducks. The hotel is situated close to the train station and the main bus station and at the southwestern edge of the historical town. All in all - if you ever visit Treviso (which btw is a hidden gem in Italy) - just book this hotel, you won't regret it.

Everything was fine.

We loved the room, it's mixture of old and modern. The bathroom was very well appointed with a super shower. The location was excellent for us, we were staying the night before leaving Italy, so it only took 10min to drive to airport. We also loved that it is right at the edge of the old town. The bar below is lovely, and the food served there, gorgeous. Breakfast was top class.

Just to note, there is no carpark, but there is a multistory carpark for €10 a day in under 5 min walk - and you can take your luggage out of the car in front of the hotel

The property was very easy to find and in a fabulous location with a view of the canal and a couple of minutes walk to the town centre and less than 10 minutes to the station. The room was clean, decorated beautifully and very big! Had everything you need for a weekend break or longer. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, we also had lunch one day in the restaurant downstairs which was delicious and all homemade! A really lovely family run place and I would definitely go back!

A very central location and only 10 mins walking from the railway station .Very easy to find. 5 mins from historic centre. Met by friendly staff who offered a lovely glass of wine (added to final checkout bill) We had room Guilleta on the top floor which came with a outside roof area. Door that opens out on to it plus window that opens. Very clean and tidy and lovely toiletries Also had a safe, fridge tea & coffee etc Breakfast was adequate, not a buffet but plenty there. Open as a popular wine bar during the day and evening.

This is a special place to stay located in the old town within walking distance of all the sights. The hotel is a charming little gem, it has lots of history. The stairs and walls have preserved their original authenticity from centuries ago. The rooms are spacious, cozy, stylish, and exceptionally clean. There isn't any parking in the hotel however there is space to park up to unload suitcases and to park your car very close to the property. The breakfast was great but I would definitely recommend the restourant of the hotel. The cuisine was beyond exceptional. And we experienced all this pleasure thanks to the care and special service from the hotel owners. We hope to be back!

Lovely modernized historical building in the charming city of Treviso. The staff were friendly and breakfast was soo good. Location is great for exploring the old town. And, I found out too late, the restaurant is highly rated. I only managed to have a late night Tiramisú, unforgettable. I think I had a good price from Booking site, so I can´t say whether it is good value or not for the small but really comfortable and lovely room for one person. For me, it was and I would stay here again. Oh, and the check-in time was perfect for me.

Not having had lunch or dinner at their restaurant. I now wish I had. Otherwise, everything was great.

Locanda Ponte Dante has been beautifully restored with an appreciation for the history of the building and the area. The location is ideal - adjacent to the pedestrian area, but accessible by car with nearby street parking. The included breakfast was excellent, featuring more than a simple pastry and coffee. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner here. We would absolutely return on our next visit to Treviso. Note: Depending on your arrival time, you may need to knock on the restaurant door.

We loved everything!

Beautiful room. Historic renovation of old structure done well, view of river. Small hotel over a restaurant and check in at the bar, but noise not an issue. Terrific breakfast. Right on edge of historic district with lots of plazas, cafes, restuarants in close wallign distave

Difficulty in parking a bit underplayed in reviews. Busy town, timed parking. Certainly a lot going on during the weekend, but incoming traffic Monday morning also fairly heavy. So, expect to hike a bit to a spot or garage.

I loved my experience of staying at this property. The beautifully restored rooms are attached to an excellent restaurant. I arrived a little early, but this was the perfect reason to enjoy some snacks and a glass of wine before I went to my room. Certainly, the room was one of the nicest in which I've stayed, preserving many old features but in an inspired and contemporary way. All members of the staff team were entirely welcoming and supportive at every stage of my short stay. The location by a bend in the river is very attractive. I'm already planning my next stay.
