Convenient location, pet friendly, reliable Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!! Also, the front desk staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful.

Room smelling of cigarette smoke because of proximity to area people choose to smoke outside. Side door for accessing outside pet area was basically inoperable during entire stay. It would quickly flash green when using key card, but latch on door would not release, so it necessitated going back through lobby (inconvenient, especially in inclement weather). Shower sprayed wildly out of shower head, making containment challenging and resulting in a very wet bathroom floor. Also, while using shower, it would make a loud screeching sound because of the water being restricted from the tap to come out the shower head.

24 hr pool/hot tub was great! Very much appreciated this after a full days drive. Breakfast was a nice combo of breakfast sandwiches, french toast, bagels & cream cheese, cereals, yogurts, oatmeal and fresh fruit along with coffee, tea, juices and milk. Staff was friendly.

The bed was super firm and it was not a restfull nights sleep for me, kept me tossing and turning, woke with hip and back pain. The beds didn't bother my two teens and husband though. The barking dog across the hall was extremely annoying. Kept us all awake for 2 hours 5am-7am. Was aggressively barking and howling. The owner must have not been present. Lastly, the room had a funky smell at the front door. Something must have spilt there and rotted in the carpet padding or maybe old dog urine that had been there awhile. Then there was a very sticky pile of something that I stepped in the 2nd night. It was partially under the bed where the bedskirt hits the floor, so I see how that could have missed by housekeeping. It was gross to step in though.

Breakfast was a typical motel breakfast, with the possibility of toasting frozen waffles. There was yogurt (good), pastries (so-so), cold cereal and milk, coffee, tea, juice, fruits etc. and a microwave so that we could heat our leftovers. I liked that the indoor pool was open 24/7.

The pool ran out of towels, because they couldn't keep up with the laundry. There was no else in the pool except me and my grandsons, so it was bad planning. They should not change people's regular towels every day. so they wouldn't have to do some much laundry.

Staff as always was very accommodating and helped to get us into a pet friendly room.

The shower head leaked so we had to cover it with a washcloth while showering to keep it from spraying out and soaking the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was good. Liked the pet area for those traveling with dogs and I look forward to bringing my dog on the next trip.

Wish there was a small fitness center. Only suggestion for the room would be more light in the shower room. It was really dark with one small light over the toilet.

The beds were comfortable. I like having chairs and a table in the room, so that was good

The breakfast could have been better. Having hot food is a good way to start the day, and it helps to justify the cost of the room.

Location is great. They have a map and a list of the local restaurants available at the check-in counter. Service was promptly done.

Has the scent of an older hotel, especially when we turned on the AC. Staff checking in late at night was not very friendly. The complimentary toiletries are miniature, enough for one person per shower.

Great coffee.

The plumbing needed repair. It was 17 degrees out, and we asked the night staff for 2 extra blankets because there were none in the room and only a light blanket on the bed. She said NO . So we ask again, and she grudgingly gave us one there were not enough towels in the room for two people. Was not as nice as last time.

It was clean and the staff were nice. The pool and hot tub seem well taken care of.

They told us the outdoor area with the bbq to cook was closed at 5pm. When we went out to the pool at 8 pm it was unlocked. We wanted to use the bbq to cook dinner. That was irritating. Also the beds seemed a little too hard and kind of seemed like they were dulls and not queen. It was also pretty expensive.

Location to everything. . Great staff. Great breakfast and wonderful coffee.. the room was warm and quiet and they allowed dogs. Our dog is amall but people could bring big dogs too. They really catered to people with pets. Better than any place we have been.. located around all kinds of places to eat and shop. It was easy to find and right off of I -84. Was a vary safe area and well lit. You could see the Wallowa mountains.
