Great location and lovely area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room and very comfy bed with sofa and armchair as well. Very clean and nice touches like bathrobes and slippers and mini bar and kettle. Lovely big bathroom with amazing shower. Nice breakfast room looking into pretty garden and pool, good spread and amazing omelettes. A really great place to stay, we loved it.

Nothing at all this is just a suggestion but with a nice big seating area in the room we felt a small coffee table and a couple of pictures on the wall would make it look more cosy.

Location is excellent - you can be in the old town in less than five minutes. The rooms are very large for European standards, and the staff was kind. They have a parking arrangement with a neighbouring parking lot, but note that it is EUR 25 per day (although with the advantage that it is safe). The pool area is very nice, but my only suggestion would be to check more regularly that the pool water is clean (when we were there, there was a layer of sunblock at the top that didn't make it very appealing to jump in).

We loved the hotel's location and upscale vibe. We enjoyed walking around and having easy access to many wonderful restaurants.

I wished that the pool was open during the evening hours. It was too hot to sit out during the day so we were looking forward to using the pool area in the evening but the doors were locked.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Spotless and quiet. Great location in quiet street but right next to famous bridge. Really lovely breakfast. Love Girona. Been twice now.

When we arrived we wondered if we could buy a coffee. We were told bar staff would open by 2pm, but they didn't turn up so we went out in the end. in the breakfast room there was a coffee machine so it wouldn't have taken much to get us a drink. it was a Sunday but others were staying there too.

Great location, a short walk from all the historic sites of the old town and the town square. Good room size, with very comfortable beds and nice hotel decor throughout. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of meats, fruits, cheese, pastries and cereals with a small hot selection (omelette and bacon).

Pool area was nice, although shaded for most of the day but the pool also needs cleaning more regularly as the bottom has grit (needs vacuuming) and the edge needs scrubbing as has a build up of sun cream. But otherwise nice and a welcome dip after exploring Girona.

Lovely hotel, spacious, comfortable room and so quiet, very clean, good shower and well provided with toiletries . Perfect location in the middle of historic Girona with the added bonus of a small swimming pool. All areas air conditioned but not too cold! Helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended.

Central location. Boutique style. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Good sized rooms. Pool for a cooling dip.

Pool area could get crowded as it’s a small area - not a complaint just fact. It’s a city break boutique hotel so if you’re after a week by the pool 9-5 with your kids, I wouldnt recommend. The clientele are older (I was there with my elderly mum). We were out every day on tours or trips & then had a chill and a dip when we got back but some guests could be selfish about hogging loungers from 9am for the rest of the day even if they weren’t there. Not sure what the solution is.

Hotel is very well situated- only a 2-5 minute walk from lots of restaurants and the historic section of the city. The room was very spacious and clean. The small pool in the back was a great place to relax for a bit. Most of all, the staff were all super kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Location was ideal. Breakfast good as well. Lovely spacious rooms.

Our room had a leaky ceiling. Whenever the air con was on it leaked quite profusely into the bath. After 3 days complaining about it (hoping it would be fixed) they offered us a superior suite. It was absolutely stunning. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Nord Hotel 😊
