Breakfast was very good Room was comfortable

We booked a room with 2 s/beds but we're given one with a d/bed. This was sorted out quickly But the hotel advertises that it has a restaurant. On arrival we were told it was blocked for a private function so we could not eat there. After a very long tiring day this was very annoying and we told the staff accordingly. Had we known the restaurant was unavailable we would have booked elsewhereo

The breakfast and staff were amazing kind and very caring. Full buffet breakfast with the staff making you coffee and tea on demand. Everything was very fresh and well organized. Very clean everywhere overall. Beer was fresh and available at a good price. Internet worked well. Room was warm and well heated. Towels were clean and sufficient. And again staff has very good costumer service.

No hairdryer in the room, no iron, no soap in the shower, toilet paper very poor quality. The wires hanging down from the light fittings in the hallway and staircase looked a little unsafe but idk if the owners weren't having some work done at the time of my visit.

The coffee was made properly. Nice bread. Scrambled eggs well made. Orange juice. Quite. Comfortable. friendly and helpful staff.

I miss muesli among breakfast options. An elevator would be appreciated.

Excellent place for city break, very clean, good size rooms, very good localisation, highly recommended.

Grass hoppers are a bit noisy in the evening, but they play in tune so no issues there :), but on the serious note an air conditioning is the only thing that is missing occasionally.
