When my taxi from the airport was cancelled, 😔 at the last minute, the hotel were able to find me a taxi and wait for me to check in late. The flight arrived late and it was way past check in time but they were waiting for me. I felt such a sense of relief and the way they all made the effort to organize the taxi, that even during the taxi ride, the taxi driver was being asked if he had managed to find me at the airport, while a second call came through as well to the taxi driver instructing him to collect me at the airport. The taxi driver's comment to me was, "it seems that everyone is looking for you". It was very much appreciated and very thoughtful in their part. All this after midnight!!! 💤

The apartement is in a side street of central Ajaccio. Quiet and spacious. The nearby Kalliste hotel is your information and service point if you need anything.Staff of Kalliste was nice and found solutions for problematic Wifi. The apartment has a sleeping room, a living room-kitchen space and a bathroom with a window. The fridge is big and also has a freezer. We really enjoyed the space, we made our own breakfast, used the living room to relax and slept well.

The kitchen equipment needs a real upgrade, as the knifes are dangerously blunt, there was no chopping board (we asked the staff who had no solution for this unfortunately) and could use some items here and there. Overall we made it work, but please do sth about the knives. The wifi worked in the beginning and then we were not able to enter it again, despite several attempts, staff trying to help and different devices. we found a solution though. The bed was quite hard, not great, but bearable for some days. the neighbours dog jumped on our balcony and entered the flat to meet us, despite us being animal lovers this was unexpected and left a wet gift - not the hotels fault, it was just very weird.

Clean, stylish , good location. Beds v comfortable (even Sofabed), nice bathroom. V safe - good for solo travellers. Little sunny balcony perfect for our apero. Good bits left in kitchen (coffee, tea, olive oil, cleaning products etc)

Kitchen could be slightly more equipped. No ice tray, colander, scissors, chopping board-though it didn’t spoil our experience!

Comfortable spacious apartment. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice big balcony. Comfy bed. Perfect location for train station, buses, port, town centre..and our favourite restaurant in ajaccio, spaghetti 3.

The air con was turned to hot air on the second night, we did contact them after getting hot in the night and they explained they had one system for the whole building and had been asked to turn it to hot air. This meant we had to sleep with the balcony doors open to ensure a more comfortable temperature at night.. which sadly did let the mosquitos in. WiFi was good when it worked but did drop on and off. On the welcome card the threatened 50 euro penalty if bins are not emptied could be worded in a more customer friendly and welcoming way.

We liked the location- very close to the port and old town with lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. We also enjoyed the apartment as we had balcony overlooking the inside so was very quiet.

We loved everything but found that we needed to relink our phones to the wifi when we re-entered our apartment, which is a very minor issue as once connected all was good. We would be happy to stay again!

Lovely apartment on a quiet street but in easy walking distance of restaurants and sites. Nice terrace for sitting out in the evening. Comfy beds and lots of space; well equipped and a super shower! They will reserve parking for you in advance if you ask.

The air con wasn't working when we arrived in the late afternoon, but they had it fixed by the next morning.

Very spacious apartment in a good location.

The key cards weren't working on our final day but the staff helped overcome the problem. The balcony is small and overlooking a derelict building. Not very inviting to use it much. No soap in the bathroom on our first night of arrival.

Nice and clean apartment that has a great location, close to the old center, close to the market (which is the biggest and best in Corsica).

We recommend using the paid parking in the underground hotel garage, as parking in this part of the city is very difficult.

I liked that furniture was new, location was excellent , internet worked fine and staff was friendly

Balcony should be better cleaned from previous guests, as we found it full of sand and each time we were going back inside , we would bring sand to the flat

This is a superb apartment, very modern with everything you need, including coffee and more than enough towels, shampoo etc. Location is in a quiet street just off the main walkway with cafes and shops.

It was not that clear that you collect the key from the Kalliste hotel just around the corner.
