We have had a wonderful stay. The appartement was newly renovated and perfectly clean. Despite the cold and rainy weather, inside it was cozy and comfy. The breakfast at the Bar nearby was great. The host was warmhearted and friendly. We would highly recommend this b&b

Clean, ordinary and good hot water supply .

The breakfast is not ready in the same place. We all had to go to have our breakfast 500m distance . That was rainy sunday..all guests was dislike for that..

Good breakfast, spacious room and parking is closed by. Kitchen is available but it was a shared one on top of the building.

Bed is a bit small for a single one.

Text messages (whatsapp, booking, SMS) to owner of our arrival was not enough and we had to wait 45 minutes. Only way to reach him is to call, but be sure to speak Italian.

The place is well located in order to visit Lecce and the room is nice but we missed some natural light.

There was no staff to welcome us or during our stay. Also, the breakfast is not included anymore where as there is a room to provide one to the guests. At least, they could propose us some alternatives.
