The location is fantastic, the hotel is based in a castle looking down the valley towards Rome. Fabulous little community and authentic architecture. The place is full of character, not the modern style hotel. The host is a charming lady, truly a sensitive soul. Thank you for the social breakfast that gives lovely interaction with other gests.

You can expect an old charm rather than modern convenience.

A remarkable B& B in this historic setting. Breathtaking view and a lovely hostess. The drive to the village is worth it once you get there and a superb local restaurant just around the corner.

There is not much parking spots but it did get less congested in the evening

If you search for a more special accommodation this is the place. Its an old big mansion hidden away in the hills. The lady that greeted us was very nice but I dont know if she spoke English - so basic Italian would be required. You need a car to reach this location. The room had all the comforts expected but bare in mid this is an old building. The bathroom is not very modern, but the charm of the mansion compensates for this.

everything, the owner is the sweetest lady, the place full of character and charm in such a historic special village, the view is breathtaking from the bedroom. we also loved it was a 2 minute walk to an amazing restaurant called monte del grand.

Anna was simply amazing! She gave us tips on places to visit nearby and the most important the room was very clean! Thanks Anna we will definitely come back!

Personal approach - Anna shares her house with the guests, this is not a typical hotel! She even offered a plate of real Italian pasta !

The setting of this B&B is quite spectacular- you will stay in a 15th-century old castle with a view overlooking the Tuscan landscape. It took my breath away! The host is extremely gracious.

The room was hot (fan, no AC).

Anna is a great host, and the place has his own magic on top of San Vito. I highly recommend to visit it and stay there!!!
