I work midnights and the suite room with a door to the beds area was amazing. With two small children and traveling for work I was able to get plenty of rest but also spend some quality time with my family. They have soup and cookies for reception in the afternoons on weekdays, the pool facilities were great. And even though there were large gatherings and functions going on at the convention center as soon as the door shut we could not hear anything from beyond it.

What's not to like?

I travel a lot and stay in hotels about 20 times a year. Honestly, this AmericInn was a check-down for me because my usual hotel chains were sold out. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how clean my room was and it had all the nice added features I like to have. The mini-fridge was the largest I’ve seen and the microwave was new. The breakfast was very good! Real food with real over-hard fried eggs, breakfast meat, fresh waffle maker, muffins, bars, yogurt, juices, and biscuits with sausage gravy. The fitness center had cardio and some free weights. Many times fitness centers at hotel are very hot. This one has a door going outside that I was able to open and keep it cool while working out. The staff was also very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady running the breakfast buffet was great! She made sure everything was full and kept asking everyone if there was anything else she can get for them. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, easy to access off of I 94. Breakfast available along with coffee and water at all hours. There is also a guest reception on weekdays with some sort of snack available. Lobby has a fire place. Comfy chairs and conversation area that had a lodge feeling. Pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and informative. There is also pre check in available on line.

All was great.

Front lady is very friendly. Love the spin wheel. The hotel lay out is really nice, parking is plentiful and close to the entrances. The room is clean, beds and pillows are confortable, toilet and showers work properly. The shower drains properly. Their is enough dove shampo and conditioner for a family, don't have to ration from the tiny bottles. The A/C works properly. The pool, hot tub and pool area in general are great! Was NOT overcrowded. The free breakfast options where nice! Even had gluten free options ( my child has celiac disease). Even had gluten free muffins!

It was a little pricey.

Very easy location right off the main highway, super nice staff, clean pools and bathrooms . Decent breakfast and very nice stocked coffee and tea at all hours. Highly recommend if you’re traveling with kiddos! Close to places to eat as well.

Unexpected amenity: M- Th they have food available early evening of your stay. On Monday, there was wild rice soup available. Coffee & tea were always available in the lounge. Amazingly clean!

Location was good, breakfast choices were decent. Room was very clean and comfortable. The area felt very safe, and there was plenty of room to walk our dogs, with property provided poop bags.

The room was very quiet and very little hall noise.The location was perfect easy access to the interstate for us to get to,for our family reunion.The breakfast had a very good selection of items to choose from which was the best we’ve ever seen.

Nothing.We were very appreciative for the time that we spend there.You did a wonderful job in accommodating us because of our healthcare issues. The room that was given to us was easy to get to so we didn’t have to lug our luggage to far from the main door.

Our stay was perfect. The splash pad in the pool was the perfect touch for the kids. Everything was extremely clean and the hot breakfast was very good. All of the workers were very kind and helpful. during the week they have cookies and soup.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast was good what I expected. Had been there before and knew what to expect.

Check in procedure as I don't like to do that online but it worked out alrigh.
