The breakfast was excellent, the quality of the food was great and it was cooked to perfection. The staff were always friendly and attentive, especially the restaurant manager, who’s name I forgot to ask, but he spoke very good English and would always stop for a chat and knew our order after just a couple of days, both in the restaurant at breakfast and at the rooftop bar in the evening. Also the helpful advice given by reception on getting to Ravenna.

The arrangement with the beach club, we were told on check in that the price was €14, when we went there we were charged g d €20, that was without booking through the hotel, then when we tried booking through the hotel another day were told that it would be €25, so we didn’t bother.

The hotel is newer, in good condition and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is available from 8am until 1pm which was very convenient. You order from a menu rather than buffet style, but you are not limited and everything is presented beautifully and tastes delicious. There is a lovely Rooftop Bar on the 6th floor and they also serve dinner there . We ate there one night and the food was fantastic! There's also a nice view of the sea from up there . We really appreciated that bicycles are available and free to borrow. The pool was lovely and relaxing. We had a car and parking was available for 20 euros a night. The location was great for us, close to the beach and to the main strip of restaurants in Cervia. About a 10min bike ride from the heart of Milano Marritima. Overall a great experience!

The mini fridge is very small and the power turns off on the room when you leave so it isn't convenient for storing food if you need that. Like many hotel rooms I would have appreciated better lighting in the bathroom for doing makeup but that's my issue!

The room is modern designed. The bed is comfortable. There are soft, perfectly white towels. And there are amazing exceptional breakfast. A la cart menu with a serving gourmet , big alternative menu, everything fresh cooked especially for you and very tasty...And the breakfast could be a brunch because available till 1pm... The waiters and the manager at breakfast restaurant are impeccable. They can anticipate your every need.

It would be absolutely perfect if the coffee machine and bottle of water as a compliment were in the room

The hotel was really modern and stylish. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a side view to the sea. The breakfast was amazing and the serving staff were brilliant. They got to know what we liked and would bring it to our table without even asking! The gym is well equipped and we loved the pool area - although the pool itself was a bit cold to use in early May! Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend the Coast Hotel.

It was rather warm for several days when we stayed, up to 25 degrees, but the hotel had a policy where it wasn't due to put on the air conditioning at that point in time. It meant we needed to sleep with the balcony doors open which wasn't ideal with loud barking dogs nearby. Luckily it got turned on with several days to go at the end of our trip.

The Staff are unbelievably excellent in every way... From the front desk, the spa, the restaurant waitors to the cleaners... Every member of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast is out of this world good.

Only one lift. Tiny gym. They don't provide free irons.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Comfort, service, staff and location scores top for us. Almost no noise from the street outside, comfortable beds, super good sized pool, fantastic breakfast (not buffet), roof bar with the best view and a free bike hire to explore the area. On top of it all, the beach is right next to the hotel and the hotel has both a gym and spa department. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others, and we will stay here again on our next visit to charming Cervia. Thank you!

Lovely hotel, very clean and room exactly as per the pictures. Pool area is lovely and relaxing, didn’t use the spa but it also looked great. Breakfast was excellent, nice variety of options and the staff made the whole stay great. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, it felt like the really appreciated you being there. Housekeeping and the restaurant team were especially friendly and welcoming.

Nothing, the rooms are not huge but they are perfectly adequate.

Nothing about this place could have been better ( except the elevator) ;) This was a lovely experience. I can’t recommend it enough. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great staff, first and foremost, wonderful ambience , stellar pool and delicious breakfasts . Lovely .

Only drawback was the finicky elevator.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a la carte but great.

Unfortunartely the guests next door were very loud (in the middle of the night) but of course this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. After a call to the reception, it went quiet.

The hotel is stylishly designed and furnished. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have wonderfully large showers. The a la carte breakfast is scrumptious with large portions and lots of choices. The sauna in the Spa is amazing!
