Staff were lovely. It was clean. Shower was good.

The location looks like it is just near the airport but really you have to take a 15 min taxi ride down the highway and back again to get there. Not the hotels fault, just insane Bangkok city planning. Why is there not a walkway from DMK airport across the highway?

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. While it's located a bit far from the old town, we have chosen it for its close proximity to the DMK airport. I think it is the best choice if you want to have a short stay before your flight. The rooms are big and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the swimming pool is good and well maintained. The staff is kind and ready to help. We also liked the reception area with a lot of sofas and armchairs where we could relax. I think it's the optimal hotel for its price in the area. There're also a few restaurants in 10-15 minutes walk

WiFi is not so good in the room where we stayed (6th floor), however, it worked well at the reception. For us, it wasn't a big deal as we stayed just for one night before the next flight.

Good, clean, well maintained hotel. Breakfast was nice. Not far from DMK airport and it was the main reason why we booked it. Because of the traffic, I would still advise to start earlier if you do not want to miss your flight.

Some weird feature that there is a closed door between different rooms. And you can hear people talking. Not good if you want to close some drug trafficking deal or to have privacy with your beloved one.

We were very happy with the staff. They were very cooperative when switching a room which was more suitable to our needs. Both guys on reception were willing to pass on valuable local knowledge which made our stay all the more enjoyable. 😊 The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes which we found very satisfying and set us up for the day.

There was nothing which we didn't like about the hotel. We plan to return to NJOY, next time we stay in Bangkok.

It's new so it is developing. But the staff were wonderful, polite and attentive. I like the area where you could watch football. My room was modern clean and comfortable.

Coming out on the 8th floor. You need to make it more welcoming. The restaurant upstairs I would say needs to feel warmer. Just lighting and feel wise. Make it more inviting. Food could be better. Make sure the coffee is good quality! I was working at Harrow International School. They did not know about the hotel. But they expressed interest in it for events and visitors. They need a a place near by. So, make them aware. Advertise to them. But improve the restaurant and you have potential client.

Lovely clean and nicely decorated hotel not far from Don Mueang Airport. Great stop over. If it was nearer to central Bangkok it would be perfect and cost alot more to stay. The staff are helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good, with lots of fruit and yohurt. Plus nice salad. Loads of Thai choices also. Swimming pool nice. Didn't have time for gym but looked reasonable for a quick workout. Would recommend and return.

Limited eating options apart from breaky, so went out. Not easy to find eateries open but happy enough.

Not too far from DMK airport. Entry for check in is via the lift to the 3rd floor in the parking lot. No problems at all and it was a great price. Nice staff and a decent breakfast. Used BOLT taxis for transport either way to/from the airport. We arrived quite late and left quite early so cannot comment on any of the other facilities.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more a 3/4, but no problems at all.

I liked the friendly staff, they let me in earlier than the allotted time. I liked the pool. I liked that the window could be opened, I liked the breakfast, there was a lot of everything, you could pour coffee and chocolate. A beautiful hotel, bright, I liked the interior.

There was practically no Wi-Fi, it worked a little and then disappeared. The shower stall has no door, which is why water pours onto the floor. The water pressure is low.

The check-in reception was very busy when i arrived for slightly early check-in. The handling of guests was professional and dealt in an organised manner. Sufficient level of English communication. Located at a quaint and quiet location but sufficient good local food within walking distance. Great, clean and comfortable place to stay when having to arrive or depart at Don Mueng airport at late night or early morning hours.

Close to don mueang airport, clean big rooms, nice swimming pool v clean, 24h reception desk, and very close to good local restaurants. Staff was very friendly and spoke good english. Also the beds were extremely fluffy, something to consider if you are a pretentious sleeper.

The sewage in the bathroom smelled horribly. We stayed for 1 night so we just kept the door closed, but hughly unpleasant even when brushing your teeth. Otherwise it was very clean
