Our room was clean and well presented . The bedspread was attractive, bedding comfortable and the TV had a great picture. There was some nice seating for watching TV . I liked that the toilet and shower was separate from the mirror and vanity . We really enjoyed the large ( seemed new) shower . Our room was very quiet in the evenings . The AC worked well . There was a lovely dining room on the premises ( very handy). It was exceptionally good. No need to leave the location because you aren’t likely to find any better . Again, they could use a ramp so people in a wheelchair could access this dining room with such. Great view Check in/ out was seamless. Heather at the front desk was very helpful and friendly .

The property seems to be on the outskirts of town~ a bit far from the town center. You would need a car to get around. Would be nice if they had a ramp or some way for the people in a wheel chair to get to the restaurant .

The location…on the side of the hill, fantastic view overlooking Corner Brook and the lake with mountains in the background. Our room had this view which was amazing as well as the restaurant. Easy access off the highway, but we didn’t hear any noise from the roads or other rooms. The room was very clean and had a very large window to enjoy the view. Beds were very comfortable…loved everything. It was beautiful eating in the restaurant enjoying the view, the food was great. We toured the east coast including Nfld and this was our favourite spot to stay over. Rachel checked us in and she was so pleasant and helpful.

Very accessible to the highway and a couple shopping malls, but far from the Centre of town. Good for a transit stay to somewhere else. The room was spacious and comfortable with an air conditioner capable of producing arctic blasts!

There is no lift/elevator. I struggled to haul my suitcase up & then down the stairs.

The room was comfortable and it was helpful that we were on the ground floor. The view from the restaurant was stunning and the meal was good and very good value for money.

Meals could only be paid for with cash which was inconvenient. The entry sign to the car park was missing and only an exit sign remained which meant we drove, unnecessarily, around the block looking for the entrance!

Our room was large and comfortable and the staff were particularly helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bikes safely, and we explored the city with both the bikes, and if we were going further out of the city, with the car.

Location was great for my travels and food and drink on site was great. Staff professional over all great experience

only negitive would be the parking lot with hole that could hurt a rim on a motorcycle. and most likey a cars if you hit it..

The beds were old and squeaky found a toy under the bed that wasn't ours, had a very strong clone smell when we first walked in, couldn't control the air conditioner so we just unplugged it. Walls seemed thin as I could hear the people in the next room talking. Parking lot needs to be redone badly.

When I called for a reservation I was told you had a room but you were full and the cost of the room was 240. Plus tax.I went on line and got it for 200. I think it is ridiculous

Always stay here on our vacations to Newfoundland, great staff, cozy rooms, very clean!

Wish there was more flexibility for early check in times (we often stay after taking the overnight ferry to the island) so being able to check in early would be awesome. But the lady who helped us did everything she could to get us in earlier and it was so appreciated!!

Did not have breakfast not included in price location was handy for the trans Canada highway and not to far from cornerbrook center

Check in was long winded and trying to get a receipt for my cash payment non on impossible as there computer system could not print anything as it had to go to the cloud first
