Location, safety and fair breakfast. Facilities are on the heart of POA. Breakfast buffet has little but good options. You can always see police at the streets at any time of the day.

Room was not completely cleaned on arrival. The music on the corridors were loud and you can hear from inside your room. Internet speed is slow.

A simple very reasonably priced hotel that is simply well done! Cool style, everything looks high quality and perfectly done, the integration of the old walls and the facade of the former cinema ruin into the hotel is also beautiful

The hôtel is new, clean and the room quiet. The breakfast was very good and varied.

Room Small but functional. Some construction next to the hotel but they started only at 8:00, so not a real problem.

Booking should be clear on "hiden" taxes such as breakfast and parking fees and about the requested services. I had to explain every service I asked by app at the hotel cause they aren't aware of.

The room is compact but this didn't affect the quality of our stay (we had a double bed for 1 couple + 4yo). The bathroom is of very good quality finishings. The bed was very comfortable and soft. The blackout curtains were great. As a window view, however, it is nothing special (we were overlooking a building site) but we were there just for a few days and we weren't looking for any special surroundings. It was a great hotel to stop by.

At arrival the receptionist was very curt. My name is foreign and his reaction was "Huh?!"

The room is simple but clean and comfortable with the basic amenities. The breakfast is very good and served in a decent time schedule. Staff is helpful.

The value we paid for breakfast . I don’t think that breakfast is worth R$30,00. we could have been advised that the breakfast was not included in the value we had paid for the room.

Location was great and the eoom very confortable.
