The facilities were new and very nice. Although the parking area was very tight, it was very safe. We also had a promotional breakfast which was very good.

The evening front desk staff did not know how to fix problems with the air conditioner controls. One of our group had to google the controls to find out how to turn off the timer which was causing the air to turn off every hour. I also did not like that there was less than 12 inches of counter space in the bathroom so you had to put your things on the hand towel. The hotel was also over priced for Mexico.

We were surprised and delighted with the service provided by staff. Specifically Mario Moreno was phenomenal, incredibly friendly and helpful. Mario organised transport to the airport for us despite our late night arrival.

The neighborhood isn't great but this isn't the fault of the hotel or their staff.

Location to airport they provided a wheel chair for wife who was unable walk far.

Bed to high to enter, coffee maker unusable without a degree, a/c control was not programable without a degree. We are just ordinary old people so the Hi-tech stuff is wasted on us. Couldn't even have a cup of tea.

Location was about 20 minutes once exiting the Felipe Angeles International airport. Room was very nice with cozy bed and pillows! We had a breakfast included stay which was delicious.

Our room smelled a little like paint. Wifi was not working immediately.

Everything was amazing from the lobby and all the floors above... The staff was really attentive and courteous. Everything was perfect. The restaurant was amazing-even the continental breakfast. They always made sure our room was fully stocked even on the day that I didn't request housekeeping. Amazing-it was my first time staying in a hotel out of the country and i was blown away. Even the gym was perfect.

The entrance is on the side of the building and if it is after hours - security would have you back all the way back to exit the building, or would have them park BACKED IN(you would be screwed if you had a full size vehicle). Then when you would try to walk to the Hotel thru the front door was uncomfortable. you would have to wait for security to open the door for you- and you wait if there is no one close by. My spouse would walk in with work clothes and they would talk down to him until he would tell them that he was a guest. Very judgmental.

Rooms are very clean and in good shape Food at hotel in general is very good quality. Staff is very polite and helpful. I would say the hotel is one of the best in the region ( Nearby AIFA airport)

the lights in the bathroom didn’t work

clean, comfortable, close to the place of my meetings, on a side note don’t trust Apple Maps to take you there instead use google maps

The gym was not re-stocked daily.

It is an excellent choice near AIFA airport.
