The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room is spatios and the breakfast was truly amazing and with a great view! The spa are is great, beautifully made and with a view to the mountains.

Spa only open for a few hours and you need to rent a bathrobe (if you don't have your own).

Lovely friendly hotel with fabulous views from the room balcony. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and Daniela was very helpful with walking and restaurant suggestions. Would definitely go back there one day.

Excellent breakfast with varied, good and simple products. Fine places to stay, read and enjoy inside and outside. Very quiet and away of traffic yet at walking distance to the village on a very nice path. Lot of space to store things in the room. Large and convenient bathroom. Friendly staff and owner. All super clean

Breakfast tables next to the window a bit too close to one another. Would have loved to be able to recharge my EV. A solution to get soap in the shower comfortably. Room a little bit cramped. No wifi in the garden with the lounge chairs.

This was a lovely place up the hill from the busier part of town. When we checked in, we got a lot of great information for hiking, and everyone was very nice. The views were beautiful.

It would have been nice to have longer hours for the spa area, but we enjoyed the time we did use it.

Excellent staffs. Location is bit far from centre but can find bus stop to get a bus to centre with one hour frequency. No dinner restaurant in this hotel but excellent restaurants at 1 min walk place and 10min walk place, which make you impressed.

Room was clean and well built with quality finishes. View from the balcony was spectacular and breakfast was top notch. Hotel provided a bus pass which was very helpful.

Stay was great, only thing that would've made it better would be more frequent bus stops. The bus only stopped 4x per day when we were there so had to walk one mile to City center to catch the bus to Ortesei. If it wasn't for the rain the walk would've been much more pleasant.

the place was super convenient for skiing, you can ski onto the slopes from the hotel! The staff were extremely nice, the beds were super comfortable, rooms clean and spacious! breakfast was with a view, and had lots of delicious options. The garage was easy to access with good space.

Everything was perfect! The hotel doesn’t offer lunch or dinner, but a couple meters away there’s a good little restaurant. Also by car many places are easily reached, and there’s a bus coming and going with it’s stop a few meters away from the hotel!

It was one of the best hotels we were in, the staff was very nice and helpful, the views from the room and the breakfast area were stunning and peaceful, it’s close to ortisei but much quieter.

Really great place. We stayed there for 3 nights overlooking the amazing view of the mountains throughout our balcony. The room was super clean, and cleaned every day. The bed is comfy, as well as the shower and even had a chairs with table on the balcony to watch the sunset. There’s a nice sauna and jacuzzi downstairs, and even a place to get some sun or just relax. The breakfast lady’s was nice making you whatever a coffee you want even with soya milk, theres a few choices of bread some cold cuts, tomatoes, eggs, yogurts juices and Muzli’s and cornflakes . But the best thing in this place is definitely the stuff - Daniella who was at the reception most of the time did everything so you’ll have the best stay! She was the nicest and one of the most hospitable people I’ve met (and I worked at the hotel reception too a few years), she definitely made our stay the way it was. Would recommend to anyone who want to visit the dolomites area both during Summer or Winter. Thank you!

Nothing bad - just a suggestion would be nice to have a kettle to make tea in the room :)
