Was driving home (Perth) from Sydney and decided to stop into Streaky Bay. I made sure I left my previous destination earlier so as to enjoy my short stay; and so glad I did. Location of the Streaky Bay Motel was directly across from the bay where I went for a walk down the jetty to work my weary drivers legs. Dinner was nice and simple and the room, clean and comfy.

The breakfast buffet could have been set up a bit more professionaly. Wasn't sure what was in the jugs and some of the containers looked like they came straight out of the pantry. People eat with their eyes and it did leave me a bit wanting. I settled for fruit and yoghurt, topped with a cereal.

Stayed in the hotel with deck - excellent -

Found we'd been booked into the out the back very dated motels looking over a car park and the back of the pub or the service station at the back - this was not as it was promoted. We had expected the quality of the hotel - not some old motels. Staff were great and updated us to the hotel obviously at a cost.

Handy location to everything. Reasonable price. Gd beds. Very clean Would stay again

The Pier was closed for maintenance. Restaurant ran out of lots of items of food. This was probably due to a big amount of people coming for memorial. But they should have been more prepared for this. However we did get hamburgers and they were great.

Location. Close to shops. Large bathroom. Comfy bed. Squeaky clean. Delicious pub meals. Complimentary continental breakfast that included fresh fruit - strawberries, rockmelon, watermelon, apples & oranges. Lovely, bright, cheery & helpful staff. Good parking. Great air-conditioning.

It is an older establishment so quite dated. But still an awesome place to stay.

It's a top-class country pub, albeit it's the fact it's main street in a lovely bay, old style - always being updated. Funnily enough an EV charge station on the wall outside for the trendies with Electric cars!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Streaky Bay Hotel Motel what a fantastic location, clean, spacious room, wonderful attentive & friendly staff. We had a delicious evening meal & a great Continental breakfast to start our big trip the following day. We will definitely be back.

Location was great for beach and town. Food was excellent in the hotel.

Wasn’t keen on the metal steps and walkway to the room so had to use the other end which had concrete ones.

Loved the dining experience. I thought the accommodation was good value for money, especially with the included breakfast.

I had hoped for a view but the motel room at back was actually better for us hauling our stuff in.

Breakfast was fine.

Would've been nice if the venue had a salad bar at dinner time. It used to be the best thing about Streaky Bay Community Hotel. Shame it was removed under new management. It's a definite minus is an otherwise great venue with a long history of excellence.
