The hotel is generally okay. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help — that was definitely a plus.

However, there were a few things that could be improved. There was no fridge in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. The bed linen wasn’t changed during the first four days, only on the fifth day. Also, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, and only one repellent pad was provided — enough just for one night. If these issues are addressed, the overall experience could be much better.

I booked this room for friends to get away, relax, and unwind. The service was 10 plus! Hotel manager Katalina and her staff exceeded any expectations and provided 5 star service and accommodations. Katalina in particular went above and beyond anything imaginable to make sure this weekend was comfortable and memorable for my friends. I can't imagine any hotel doing what she did happily. Rates are very affordable, and service is exceptional. I highly recommend a stay at the Eduard Hotel if you want to be treated like royalty.

No complaints. Even if things weren't 100%, they quickly remedied any problems to make the stay memorable and without problems. Early check in? No problem. Late check out? As you wish. Need something in room replaced or delivered? Happily and without hesitation.

Location was great, 5 minutes away from the city centre but still it felt as if we were in the countryside. The rooms were big and were clean. One of the rooms had a fridge. The female receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Ira always had a smile in her face, which made us feel welcome :)

Nothing really. Perhaps the breakfast could be more generous. It was just one dish and a coffee, which might be good enough for most people. However, they could offer juice or a pastry to eat with the coffee. Just a minor aspect to look at.

Everybody was really friendly and helpful from the front desk to the manager and the housekeeping lady. Had heat and hot water even during a time of war. The shower had beautiful marble tilles. The breakfast was good and they made really good coffee to order. English was spoken as well. Deyakuyu

The big blue fir trees in the hotel area are just awesome! The staff always help. It's a really good place not far from the castle and center.

A bit non comfortable pillows, but I've asked staff to change it and they did.

It’s not easy to find the entrance for the first time;) This fact is more advantage than disadvantage IMHO
