Everything was perfect and it exceeded my expectatiins. Frankly, we didnt expect much for this part of Slovakia but were happy to get the type of service we are used to in 4 star hotel. Room was large, super clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, breakfast was excellent&tasty and also spa! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Thankyou🙏

Hotel is not located in the centre of the city.

Staff was really helpful and kind throughout my whole stay! Wellness was really nice addition to relax after long days of traveling. Sitting in the backyard made me feel, that I weren't in a city.

1. The location was good - it was just not far from our friends' home. And it is not far from the center. 2. Facilities are new and good. 3. The stuff is helpful. 4. There is a restaurant that works till late. 5. There's a parking free of charge. 6. They have a good breakfast.

It is a bit expensive if you stay for longer :) but I believe all together it worth it.

It is a nice hotel with a spacious room and comfortable beds.

It was a strange situation in the restaurant during breakfast. The staff started taking away food about 10 minutes before the announced closure time, although we and several others were still eating. Normally, a staff member asks guests whether they need anything before taking things out. I felt uncomfortable searching among the food on the service table prepared to be taken away.

Clean, help friendly comfortable.

Hotel does not have handicap access at least I did not see it. Steps are steep to walk to the entrance of the lobby. Also should have at least local dishes. I was looking like bryndzové halušky.

There was my business travel, but thanks to personal and very nice design and breakfast time, there was good time and I found als, time for short relaxed. Thank you!

Staff was very good ! Location is great ! Best breakfast I had in all Eurpope !! Nice spa area! Food and bar prices very reasonable!

Spider on the outdoor lift ! One hour limit in spa area 1 1/2 hour would be fantastic !

Hotel with high EU standards close to the centre of Michalovce in quiet residential area with ree parking, very good restaurant ad wellness (sometimes closed due to energy sitution..). Rooms are spacy, perfect bathrooms, high level of cleaness, nice staff and perfect food in restaurant makes is first choice in the city for hotel stay. Connection to painter Mousson is interesting and hotel decoration is nicely dedicated to his paintings. Breakfasts are perfect, hotel staff is realy nice.

Maybe heat control in the rooms, we like lower temperature and it was not easy to get despite whole day open windows in rainy cold September day

Good service, good room, good food. They even packed me a great breakfast on the day I left! I was super happy staying there. Would definitely go again!

One minor issue was a slight smell in the bathroom that seemed to stem from a blocked pipe or so.

+ Tasty breakfasts + Great mountains view + Big room with equipment bathroom + Quiet area + Nice, pleasant room + REALLY VERY COMFORTABLE BED + Sirava being nearby ;)

- instead of spa (spa was closed due to something, i dont remember) we got 10 EUR coupons to spend on drinks in hotel's restaurant... - ...which were expensive anyway - it was a little more distanced from city than we thought (10 minutes to city center or bus stop in Sirava direction)
