Good location, nice atmosphere, clean, spacious room, helpful staff

Online communication: the link received to do the online check-in did not work, communication about digital key (for check-in after 7pm) was slow, no confirmation was received about reserving parking and car charging. Everything could, however, be clarified and booked over the phone.

This hotel is a very convenient overnight stay for us as we travel from Germany and Italy back to Lviv. They have good on-site chargers and secure parking, and the staff has always been very helpful. Th hotel is located near to a very good park with playgrounds for our son.

We stayed in a cozy and clean room that ensured comfort throughout our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Very good breakfast (you decide one day before what you want to get, the choice is very big and you can choose everything), beautiful place with lot of flowers and nice design. Helpfull and nice stuff at the reception. Spacious room, free cot for a child. Very close to the center. Perfect choice :)

no reception that operates 24-7, you are left on the street till check-in time, advertising online check in and key, didnt work, never got the key nor a pin to enter hotel grounds, poor handling. The mattress is horrible, cheapest IKEA, not comfortable at all.

Hotel was quite close to city center, you can walk to city center in few minutes. Tesla charging (2 chargers) while parking in closed area of hotel was the main benefit.

No welcome drink - I have wven told to receptionist, That I would like to order (paid) Cola while we were making the booking process, she forgot meanwhile, so I didn’t receive anything. In room there was no bottled water, Fridge was also completly empty. Furniture at my tein room wasn’t any new or modern. A bit outdated and old fashioned. The worst thing were beds - Very thin mattress, with hard wooden grate below. So it was the worst and hardest bed I have ever slept at. Also, Hotel was almost empty and receptionist gave me the room oriented into busy street, whre cars were driving under window all night long. Even while there are other rooms and orientation into calmer steets. I left hotel at 4.00 and traveled home to sleep well. My room was not worth of price 112 Eur without breakfast and 25 euro for parking (charging)
