Perfect price/performance ratio. Relatively cheap price for a nicely refurbished room with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Relatively quiet locality (although some distant traffic noise was audible). Easy to reach the city centre by walk or public transport.

Everything seemed freshly refurbished except for the stairway, with a malfunctioning light in the night.

Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. The room was bright, cozy, and quite spacious. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and polite.

The only inconvenience was the location: it’s about a 20-30 minute walk to the city center and 50 minutes to the train station. Also, I missed having a hairdryer, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room is well-equipped and clean. There is a nice view from balcony. TV has several apps, all are working. Beds are comfortable. There is a reception where you are given keys and any information you need, you can also buy drinks. City centre is close, about 10 min walk.

At the time of our stay, it was an unpleasant smell throughout the building. We were happy to enter a room where this smell did not reach, but unfortunately, our relief was short-lived. After midnight guests from the next room were frying sausages and the smell wafted toward us (The rooms have a mini kitchen but no hood). Quite a comfortable room, but the thing with the smell was not a pleasant moment

Perfect location, beautiful modern cozy rooms, simple but "all you need" apartment, suitable for short, but also long stay. Accommodation is without breakfast, but you can prepare your own, it just depends on what room you book. Nearby you can find restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. 5 minutes walk to tram and 5 minutes ride by tram to the city center, you can easily reach city center by foot too. Wi-Fi connection is also great, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. I am regularly coming back to the accommodation when I need to stay in Kosice due to work or early flights.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, except for the kettle. Staff at the reception was nice. The location was great for us.

The mattrasses were worn out and soft. There was smelly water left in the kettle.

The room was bigger than I expected, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Sound isolation was poor. We heard what we didn't want to hear in the middle of the night :)

Location was good, about 15 min walk to the old Town. Supermarket nearby and charming coffee shop. Small studio apartment with satisfactory amenities for a short stay: mini fridge, some pots, plates and cutlery. Bathroom nice and modern, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. WiFi signal was strong and allowed us to stream a movie without issues. Great access via lift.

We visited Kosice in early June and the temperature was around mid-twenty Celsius. There is no fan/air conditioning in the room and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. We tried to open the window but couldn't sleep due to the noise in the neighborhood (nothing excessive, just normal dog barking, light traffic, etc.). I imagine sleep will be tricky in the height of summer. Pillows are very thin and soft but this is a personal preference.

Convenient location, free parking available. Nice staff and comfy room, as I was expecting. Would stay there again

Quality apartments very well renovated and nicely decorated. Nice that they also have a small balcony and even a window screen, so no need to worry about mosquitos or bugs flying in. Large TV (would be nice to have some international channels), comfortable bedding, calm area 10 minute walk from the historical center, nice staff speaking English, water boiler in rooms and coffee vending machine on the main level!

I had requested a quiet room and even though my apartment was really nice, it was next to the elevator which can be heard at night. So, for sensitive sleepers, make sure to request a room that's not next to the elevator. Unfortunately, a lot of noise, mostly banging doors was coming from lower floors at night during my stay. This problem can sometimes be somewhat solved with a breaking system installed on the doors.
