One half of a residential building has been converted into apartments. We were warmly welcomed at reception, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The rooms were clean, simple, yet tastefully furnished. The area is quiet, and there’s a grocery store just a 5-minute walk away. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Since we were travelling with university students, it was important for us to find affordable accommodation for them as well, and this place perfectly met that need. Breakfast is not provided, but a coffee machine is available for a quick start to the day, and a shared kitchen on the ground floor, which we didn’t use.

Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. The room was bright, cozy, and quite spacious. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and polite.

The only inconvenience was the location: it’s about a 20-30 minute walk to the city center and 50 minutes to the train station. Also, I missed having a hairdryer, which was a bit inconvenient.

The building is like a dorm, but the rooms are clean and renovated and quiet, it was perfect for us for some days. It's close to the old town still cheap and has free parking.

The building front was a bit messy, the trash can close to the parking places was full and smelled quite a bit.

Perfect price/performance ratio. Relatively cheap price for a nicely refurbished room with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Relatively quiet locality (although some distant traffic noise was audible). Easy to reach the city centre by walk or public transport.

Everything seemed freshly refurbished except for the stairway, with a malfunctioning light in the night.

The room is well-equipped and clean. There is a nice view from balcony. TV has several apps, all are working. Beds are comfortable. There is a reception where you are given keys and any information you need, you can also buy drinks. City centre is close, about 10 min walk.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, except for the kettle. Staff at the reception was nice. The location was great for us.

The mattrasses were worn out and soft. There was smelly water left in the kettle.

Comfortable and renovated property with good location.

At the time of our stay, it was an unpleasant smell throughout the building. We were happy to enter a room where this smell did not reach, but unfortunately, our relief was short-lived. After midnight guests from the next room were frying sausages and the smell wafted toward us (The rooms have a mini kitchen but no hood). Quite a comfortable room, but the thing with the smell was not a pleasant moment

The room was bigger than I expected, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Sound isolation was poor. We heard what we didn't want to hear in the middle of the night :)

Perfect location, beautiful modern cozy rooms, simple but "all you need" apartment, suitable for short, but also long stay. Accommodation is without breakfast, but you can prepare your own, it just depends on what room you book. Nearby you can find restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. 5 minutes walk to tram and 5 minutes ride by tram to the city center, you can easily reach city center by foot too. Wi-Fi connection is also great, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. I am regularly coming back to the accommodation when I need to stay in Kosice due to work or early flights.
