We had the superior room which is ve spacious. The bed was big, I assume king size. Very good mattrace, high quality sheets. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower that could fit 4 people and a standing bathtub. The hotel offers room service. The choices from the restaurant are mostly light meals. Therenis pubkic parkingninfront of the hotel. Rooms have windows facing a small quiet street. The only thing we were missing was some baththub accessories like foam or salts. That we handled from a supermarket. Overall - will stay there def again. Rhe hotel doesnt have a 24hr reception. After 7pm you can enter the hotel with your card.

The property was really beautifully designed, and so close to the heart of old town which made getting around very easy. The rooms were really comfortable and clean, and the cot we requested had a lovely mattress on it which made us feel that even our toddler’s experience was being taken into consideration. Every member of staff from the girls working the breakfast and bar, to the receptionists, and the housekeepers were so helpful, friendly and accommodating and were happy to help us with every question and request we had.

The air conditioning wasn’t as strong as we’d have liked it to be.

I really loved the interior of the hotel (from design to the size of the bed) and the staff were amazing! The area is silent but very central- 5 minutes by walk to old town square. We also slept very well so the comfort of the hotel was great.

I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast as I am used to hotels serving fresh fruit or at least having an option to grab apple/banana. In addition, I didn't know that we need to pre-book hotel parking as there is only 6 spots available. We were lucky to have a space but it would be amazing if you provide this information also on this website rather than finding out too late from official hotel page. If you don’t get a parking spot, you will have to pay extra 6€ a day for a public parking.

We arrived in the morning before 10am with the intention of dropping our bags off until check in and the guy on reception said he would check if the room was available for us now at no extra charge. Luckily for us the room was available and we were all checked in and unpacked within minutes of arrival. The room was very large with the biggest double bed I have seen. The bathroom was very big too. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, beans, cold meats and cheeses. Not a big selection of fruit available but that was ok. The bar never seemed to be open but that wasn't an issue for us. There was a coffee machine and pods in the room for us to use and also a kettle and fridge. I would go back there if we ever visited Kosice again.

No fault of the property but construction works on outside next door which effected morning but unfortunately can’t be helped. Would have loved to have bacon at breakfast too but otherwise I highly recommend this hotel when booking in Kosice.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous: great location (close to the center and to main attractions), spotless clean, rich and tasty breakfast. Everything was as new and the rooms were comfortable and bigger than standard. Great lighting and design. WiFi worked perfectly, beds were comfy, and the bathroom was dreamy. We also have to point out the staff who was very kind and welcoming. When we needed a self check in it was easy and quick. The hotel even has parking so it is great for families or travellers with a car. It was a family trip this time, but my next business trip to Kosice with my colleagues will definitely be to this hotel.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The building is very solid and the sound proofing was excellent. I slept like a log, unlike at some other hotels where you can hear every sound. It’s right on the edge of the Old Town. The staff are smiley and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the range and quality of the breakfast. The hotel itself is modern and very clean. The aircon in my room was great - cooled everything down in no time. It was a single room but was spacious.

I would have appreciated another plug socket or two.

Good location, just to the north of the Main Street in Kosice, but easy to walk to, about 10 minutes away. Trams stopping right outside. Reception is only staffed from 7am to 7pm, but easy to access the hotel outside of these hours, plus there is a contact number for any issues. The staff we saw were all friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and served in a nice room, lots of options, hot and cold. Good value staying here compared to some other options in the city, I am sure we will stay here again. Recommended!

Very nice and helpful young lady at the reception. Nice location, 2 minutes from the old town.

It’a definitely not a 4 star, without a 24h reception. Parking is not that simple, but at least granted and free of charge. Breakfast is nothing special, however it was not bad. If you go to have breakfast around 9, don’t expect you find everything that there was before, eg. we found no bread and other empty plates. Coffe machine is super good. No selection is tea. The breakfast was a disappointment for me, after that there were a lot of positive opinions on Booking. Bathroom really nice, however there was hair in the shower. And also on the bed. :(

I recently had the pleasure of staying at, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and provided ample comfort throughout my stay. However, what truly stood out was the remarkable service provided by the staff, particularly a young man at the reception desk. When my daughter accidentally left her tablet in a taxi, he went above and beyond to assist us in locating it. His dedication, kindness, and quick thinking made all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for his help. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of and its outstanding staff. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We look forward to returning in the future.
