The room was spacious and very comfortable, the hotel is close to the airport but still a 15min drive away from downtown. Breakfast was very good although there was no buffet that day because of low occupancy. Very friendly personnel. A big THANK YOU to Kristina, who was in charge of the reception when I arrived late and realized I had left my phone in the Bolt car, for very calmly listening to my nervous rant, calling my phone several times until the driver answered and talking me through it for a full hour until he thankfully showed up with the phone (which was my only means of payment...).

The main picture in the booking preview is about room with two single beds. It was for me a mismatch. When I made the reservation for 2 persons I thought it would be possible to stay in a room with 2 separate beds, but it was impossible to change at the reception. The staff provided me with the information that my booking is about one big bed. I understood my mistake during the confirmation process, but, it was due to main picture. Any complaints from my side, but please take a note of such mismatch picture for further guests and their expectations regarding bookings. Thanks!

We were travelling 3 people and they gave us a spacious room with 4 beds. The beds were really comfortable. The room was clean and tidy on the 5th floor with a view on the highway we arrived. The room was silent altough the hotel is relatively close to the highway. The air conditioning was well received by us as we were travelling summer time. The still water ready for the guests in the room was a nice touch from the hotel.m The little attention for the guests: little comb, sewing kit,review sheet etc. We did not try the breakfast. All together it was a very nice experience.

Some guest mentioned that there was some distinct smell on the corridor towards the room. Could be anything from the disinfectants or detergents they use or something else.

The hotel was modern with nicely decorated room and modern bathroom. It has free public parking nearby. The staff was helpful and changed our room to a quiet one. The breakfast was very good and there was a nice shopping mall across the street with many restaurants for dinner.

Perfect spot for a couple of nights! It’s close to the airport and a shopping center with budget-friendly dining options. The service is top-notch. We were informed in advance about a wedding happening at the hotel that night, but it was completely quiet and didn’t disturb us at all. What really impressed me was the exceptional service when we realized we had forgotten my son’s plushy rabbit in the room. The staff went out of their way to find it and send it back to us in Ireland. My son was over the moon when it arrived this morning. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Very nice hotel with its own parking right in front of it. The room was clean and comfortable. WHen I was there, the restaurant did not work in the evening, but right across the street there is a shopping center with many restaurants so you can easily eat there. The hotel has gotr elevators, working AC (you need to call to the reception to ask for adjustment of the temparature. You cannot change it in your room. But for me the temperature was set perfectly). The breakfast was good. I can only recommend this hotel.

It is nice and clean. The downside is that the tram line is close to the hotel, and the room I stayed in had an odd ventilation system which seemed to be operated from the reception. My room also had poor noise insulation, so I heard someone from the next room, which was creepy. I booked it for a short overnight stay before my early morning flight but didn’t manage to sleep at all because it was stuffy and noisy

Everything is fine, except for some inconvenience with the air conditioning.

I understand your idea of remote climate control, but having to call the reception in the middle of the night just to change the temperature in my room seems like a very unusual solution. Unfortunately, this may discourage me from choosing your hotel for my next business trip.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean. V nice decor. Extra security to get to bedrooms. V convenient for the airport. Excellent restaurant juts across the road which staff recommended.

Single bed was place against the wall which meant it didn’t really have a headboard but simply moved it myself so it worked for me.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We were provided with room slippers and bathroom kits. There was both a shower and a wide tub. The hotel is close to Kaufland (1 minute) and close to the city center by car (9 minutes). The atmosphere at the hotel was joyful and pleasant by the staff. We highly recommend Kosice Hotel, worth your money.
