This hotel has an amazing location – just a short walk to the historic old town and also very close to the train station. The view from the balcony outside my room was lovely, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day, which made the stay even more pleasant. The front desk service was excellent, especially one gentleman who gave me detailed advice about local sights and how to get around. He also kindly helped me carry my luggage when I was struggling – I truly appreciate that! There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as the top choice for anyone visiting Košice.

The pillow was too soft for me.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. Considering it isolated from the surroundings, it makes a good impression.

I'd suggest paying more attention to the smoking places' comfortability (e. g. 1) Fix all(!) balcony doors, 2) making the balcony doors fixed in the closed state and being locked from both sides.). I'd also suggest using the better quality door closers and fix the issue described below: Problem: The door hitting the frame directly can create a loud thud. Solution: Self-adhesive clear rubber bumpers: Apply these to the door frame where the door makes contact when closed. Felt pads: Similar to rubber bumpers, but softer. Cabinet door dampeners: Small, spring-loaded devices that slow the door just before it closes.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Košice! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around easy. There’s a McDonald’s nearby for a quick bite, and many of the city’s top attractions are within walking distance, including Jacab palace. Aupark mall with Starbucks cafe is also near the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for convenience and comfort during your stay in Košice. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and renovated. Shower worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air-condition was working.

Sink was a bit stuck. Water lasted long time after washing hands. Breakfast was from 7 to 9, too early for me on a holiday. Once I ate the breakfast. It was rather good selection of bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, small sausages, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc.

A very comfortable and clean room. It is located right near the bus station so was convenient for my onward journey to Ukraine. Staff were really helpful. Although it is next to a busy intersection, with the windows closed it is actually quiet and was very peaceful at night.

The wifi kept cutting out.

I’ve stayed at the hotel many times. It’s comfortable and very clean. The beds in particular are exceptional. However, the staff as a general rule are absent in the morning, up until checkout time. Ringing the bell, calling, and going to reception are all useless, which has provided problems many times. I still recommend staying here, just make sure to get all things sorted in the evening.

The room was superb as I had been upgraded to a bigger room, which also had a balcony. Location, less than 10 minutes walk from Kosice station, and probably about the same from the main street Hlavna, and the Cathedral. It was probably around an hour to walk to the football staium, which I chose to do, but got a bus back to the station. I was shown a kitchen which could be used to make coffee, or probably anything. Breakfast was ok.

Nothing really, except I appear to have been charged as a no show, which shouldn't have happened as I did explain on arrival that I had originally booked for one night, but added an extra night when the football fixtures showed I could stay in Kosice a second night. Hopefully I'll be refunded soon.

few tv channels, no soccer.. the bed is two single bed with big gap in between, no good for couples! also too far from.th wall, not comfortable to sit, the pillow is too big not too good to sleep on it bathroom is short hooks, towelracks shelves few for privat toilettries...

The room is very cozy, the bed is comfortable and I had a great rest after a long road. The 24-hour reception is very useful, especially when you need to leave early. Tea, kettle, and all the small accessories you may need are available in the room.

There wouldn't be any minuses, but, unfortunately, there were some ants in the bathroom. Not critical but not very comfy.

Perfect location - 3 minutes from the main station, walking distance to the city center, shopping center around the corner. Room was very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

The hotel sign at the front door is rather small, hard to notice, unless you know exactly where the hotel is. I had a room facing the street, it was impossible to open the windows because of noise. Room is equipped with AC, so the temperature was not a problem, rather a fresh air was missing a bit.
