I stayed at this hotel for the third time because I think it's great you can get for the price. The location is superb, close to the train station and a shopping centre. The receptionist was really kind and gave me all necessary information. The hotel looks nice inside, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed.

The mattress was soft.

Very nice hotel near the train station. Extremely friendly and dedicated staff. Very well furnished apartment. Comfortable beds. The availability of parking is a huge plus. Even though it was only for one night, we were satisfied.

Maybe the fact that parking is paid extra. It would be better if it was included in the price of the night.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and gives detailed information; the location is perfect: despite being right next to the main train and bus stations, the place is very quiet and cozy; the room had everything I could imagine needing; it was very clean.

Staff was very friendly, spoke good English. Good location: 10 minutes walk to train station, also easy to get to from airport with bus. Inside hotel was very nice. Small kitchenette. Smart TV with hundreds of channels to watch.

No breakfast. 3 floors with only stairs, no lifts.

Everything. I stayed in this hotel twice and each time I enjoyed my stay. Staff is amazing, attentive and helpful. I was late for check in but they came to the hotel to check me in during late night. I’m really thankful and I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone!

layout of room was good. staff were friendly but not technically competant when we had problems

door 'keys' constantly not workign to full extent, lights that would not go off one night, leaking airconditioning on last but one day - though we did get a new room which worked for last night

These apartments have been totally refurbished to a very high standard and have just opened following covid. The location is excellent, only 5 minutes from city centre and similar time to the Old Town. These is a large shopping mall only 3 minutes walk away which caters for all shoppers and includes a comprehensive eating area. Staff were very friendly and helpful and attentive to any questions that I had. The room I had was very modern and contained all the facilities including a kitchenette area which was fully equipped. I particularly enjoyed the combination of lighting features that had been included. The bathroom was superb with good lighting and a large walk-in shower. A heated towel rack was also included.

Your around 7 minutes walk from the mainline rail station, 5 minutes from the bus station in a quiet area. Great location to base yourself if your travelling around the region. The very smart town centre is about 12 minutes walk on level ground.

this is absolutely great place to stay. I spent only one night there, but it was just what I needed. Super close to the Košice train/bus station, about 3 mins walk distance which is great if you travel by train or bus. Also very comfortable apartments. The staff were absolutely great and understanding when I emailed about my unexpected late check-in.
