We were traveling with a toddler and we liked that room had a lot of space. Also they put us a cot for free and our child liked it. We had just an overnight , but the staff was very welcoming and nice , and even made an oatmeal for our kid in the morning without asking which was supernice. Breakfast is quite good with a lot of options

They didn’t have a hair conditioner and slippers in the room , but that’s not awful, just for u to know and bring yours.

During my business trip to Košice in May, I chose Hotel Crystal, and I was thoroughly impressed with what it had to offer. The location, just a bit outside the old town yet very close to the city center, was perfect for commuting to the office. Parking was ample, and navigating back and forth was a breeze. The modern design of the hotel caught my eye, but what made my stay truly special was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, always ready with suggestions and recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. The breakfast spread was large, varied, and high-quality, catering to all tastes. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comfort I needed without feeling cramped. The unique layout with two rooms and a common space added to the appeal, even though it was initially a bit confusing. Nearby attractions and the easy access to my workplace complemented the experience, and the overall quality of the stay felt premium. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the efforts to provide a personalized service. Hotel Crystal provided a high-quality and memorable stay, and I'll definitely return in the future. The convenient location, excellent staff interactions, clean and spacious rooms, and delightful breakfast contributed to an enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to other travelers, whether on business or leisure. Despite the overall positive experience, there were a couple of things that could have been improved. The lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback for me, especially during warmer days. Cooling the room with open windows was a slow process, and I missed the comfort of controlled temperature at times. Also, the room's layout with two bedrooms and a common space was initially a bit confusing. I was unsure if someone else would be staying in the other room, and though it turned out to be a non-issue, some clarification at check-in would have been reassuring.

Everything was fantastic. I really don't understand why this hotel has only 3 stars. The staff was welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern, lovely and functional. Everything spotless clean. And the breakfast tasty and had a lot of choices.

You can hear noise from the road, but, if you close the windows, you can't hear it.

Everything you can expect from a modern hotel. Very clean and in good condition. Free parking also a benefit. The best thing was the included breakfast, top score! Huge selection and everything was fresh and tasty.

When we checked in the room was very warm (top floor after a hot day) but this was quickly sorted by opening the windows for a few minutes. The hotel management must be aware of this issue and should instruct housekeepers to air. Not a big problem but would make such a difference in customer experience.

Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant, clean and warm rooms, great location - 10 min on foot to the city center, parking exactly next to the hotel, tasty breakfast.

We stayed 1 night and that day didn’t work an elevation, was a little bit difficult to go up with kids to the 5th floor. Everything else was perfect!

Parking included and the old town/city centre is a 10 minute walk away. Hotel is refurbished with large rooms and as others have commented the breakfast is very good, way above what you’d expect for a 3* hotel.

Our room was very warm though the weather had been very cold recently.

I liked really everything, but the most amazing thing is the kindness of the stuff there, very helpful very fast in fulfilling your demand and very cheerful people, also the food was great

Spacious room, really great breakfast (the main reason we chose this hotel and it didn’t disappoint).

The cleaning was done a bit superficially while we were there, as in the garbage was almost emptied (but not fully) and the towels were not changed.

Location in a peaceful calm area in walking distance to the city center. Rooms clean and spacious, as described and on the photos. Large car park, although I did not use it this time. Hotelstaff well organised and friendly.

The matress was new, but not firm enough. Causing me backpain. It was fairly hot in the room and it wasn't even summer yet.

Everything was so lovely. The staff were exceptional. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning. Parking was right there and was secure so you felt like your car was safe. Very quick walk to Old town and park. Would stay again for sure.

There is no AC. They do provide a decent fan and the windows open for cooling down at night. I would find it challenging to stay there during the hottest part of the summer.
