Room and the bathroom were big, clean and very nice. The building itself is old so the common area doesn't look that appealing, but don't let that influence your opinion, the rooms are a whole another level! Location is superb, in the city center just few steps from the cathedral.

Breakfast needs improvement - my request for dietary needs was accepted so I paid for it, but the staff was not aware of my request and I had to ask the breakfast cook to make me scrambled eggs (not in the buffet) as there was nothing I could eat (the breakfast was not sufficient even for a healthy person). But I can imagine not having breakfast there, the rest of the stay was really great - room, location and the value 100%, I'll come back next time.

Our team had a very pleasant stay at Hotel TeleDom during our business trip to Košice. For a budget-friendly hotel, it offered everything we needed – spacious and well-heated rooms, which made a real difference during the days with shifting temperatures. The location was convenient and quiet, within easy reach of the city center. We also appreciated the good breakfast. Overall, a solid B for comfort, practicality, and value. We would gladly return on a future visit – in fact, this stay was a return visit following a positive accommodation experience in the past.

If we may offer a few suggestions for improvement, the main issue was the bathroom ventilation. The fan turns on automatically with the light and is quite loud. Additionally, the bathroom has no floor drain apart from the one in the shower. Since the shower area is open with glass partitions, some water naturally spreads to the rest of the bathroom floor. Without an extra drain, the moisture either needs to evaporate through the ventilation system or wait until housekeeping takes care of it – which, as expected in a budget hotel, may not happen daily. This didn’t significantly affect our overall experience, but we believe it's worth mentioning as a point for possible improvement.

A lovely, good size clean bedroom, with 5* bathroom. I found the bed comfortable. Location is about 5 mins walk to the old town / cathedral. Staff were helpful. I would book this hotel again.

The room was large with plenty of room to move around. The location was good just 5 min walk from the centre of kosice. Bathroom was good with a large walk in shower and very clean. The beds where great, very comfy and relaxing. Reminded me of a travelodge/premier inn.

Had a fridge in the room but it did not work, and the curtains where to small for the windows so as to let the light in at night when trying to sleep.

Very good choice for a stay in Kosice. I wish I had booked more nights. Very good staff, helpful and friendly. I liked the room and the ambience of the place is excellent. Convenient location for the restaurants in the centre of town, the best being Starometska. Also good for bus and train stations, 20 minutes walk. Would stay here again if visiting this part of Slovakia.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful and answered many questions. A nice hotel in a nice area.

The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. During my stay of 10 days. My bed was never changed or made. The room was never vacuumed or cleaned. Just fresh towels every 3 days. The management was very understanding and gave me a discount. I hope they can get that fixed . It is a nice hotel. The breakfast is not worth the price. Reheated eggs, vegetables were old and used for many days. Cheese was also old. Not a good choice of items.

Cooked part or the breakfast was cold and dry. It gets cooked early and left out.

Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff with excellent English. Buffet breakfast was nice. Very easy checkout. Excellent location very near to the the old town - only a few minutes walk. I would stay here again.

Only something small but possibly more cooked vegetarian options at breakfast - but in fairness, there were options and breakfast was good - lots of fresh bread, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, salad, yogurts and nice coffee.

I did not take breakfast, because I never eat breakfast, but I am sure if i did they would take good care about me. Hotel is located close to downtown and you can reach it in walking distance. Room was perfect for one person and I did not need anything more. Little fridge and fast running internet were really handy. It was nice to talk to stuff and if needed they used their own phones to call me a taxi. I had a great time, thank you!!!

Great bed, great beddings. The desk was quite nice, with easy accessible power sockets. The breakfast was good and affordable. The variaty was not great, but it tasted good. The shower was big but poorly designed. The staff was great. 10/10 for the people working there! Good internet connection! Great location!

All lamps were unplugged. All bulbs were unscrewed. Poor quality lighs - of course, I can understand using low power lights, but I cannot understand using low quality bulbs. It just shows no thought was put into this. The shower, while the components were good quality, the installation was poor. First it was installed too low, so it was impossible to have the proper water flow if you are tall. The shower support rod was installed on the right instead of the left and the shower cabin was not 100% closed, it missed the door, so the water would just flow out of the shower cabin. This shows it was never tested.
