Everything perfect. Great breakfast, wonderful and clean room. Everything new.

Only thing that i did not like, i received a message from the reception at 9.45, that if i dont leave the room in 15 minutes then i will be charged with 5eur for each starting hour late, as a check out fee. I have never got such message in my life from a hotel. This is absolutely not polite, however i understand the reason they want to urge you to leave the hotel.

We stayed overnight for an early flight. The front desk arranged our taxi and had a “to go” breakfast delivered to us before we retired for the evening. The breakfast was huge and we used what we could, but it was fantastic that we did not have to eat airport food! The room was very quiet so even though we retired early we had no problem sleeping

There are only outside stairs to access the hotel rooms. We had help to carry our large suitcases up to the room, but it was a bit of a struggle getting them back down at 3am

My stay was three days, but having found the structure on the portal in question by chance, it completely met my needs, being large, clean and tidy; daily replacement of towels, excellent restaurant with more than acceptable prices, and the friendliness of the staff always available for every need. I think with certainty that I will return for the next periodic maintenance interventions at KOSICE.

I can say with certainty that I have no negative notes to highlight about this structure.

Everything is new, absolutely clean and is the best choice for those who are transit travellers. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was maybe the best I ever had in the hotels all over the world. The breakfast: nothing to complaint about, everybody was satisfied. Camping place for the travellers with the campers, parking included. I believe it’s the very good choice to those who travel to/from the airport.

The location is not easy to find in the darkness; that’s OK if Your app is not the same as mine. The staff helped to solve this in few seconds. The location is next to road, so some noise can be heard.

We like this hotel and always choose it on our way from Kyiv to Western Europe. For our family of 5 it fits perfectly. Alpacas are the great bonus for our kids.

In this hotel very comfortable beds, but pillows of two sizes: enormously huge and tiny. This is a real problem for my husband, who wants to have a rest after driving whole day long.

Very comfortable beds. On the last day of stay we wanted to leave earlier than breakfast starts so we got breakfast boxes full of various products that was really enough of everything.

The milk jar near the coffee mashine could be larger or should be left on the table extra milk packs because that amount only enough for 2-3 latte coffee

Nice new hotel, big & comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast with good coffee. Restaurant has a terrace, you can eat there too when weather is ok. Staff speaks English and wifi works ok. Some sheep, a goat and a friendly cat can be sometimes found outside for light entertainment:)

-Wish they had added balconies to the rooms:)) -One of the ladies at breakfast started dragging loudly the chairs around while guests were there, very annoying

Big room, comfortable bed, big bathroom nice shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. When he told us when breakfast was, we said we could not make it to breakfast we needed to leave for airport at 3am, could he book a taxi for us. Not only did he book a taxi for us, he packed us travel breakfasts.

Only slight negative was climb to second floor room up stairs with luggage. It wasn't the effort but the stairs were steel grating and my fiancé had never climbed stairs she could see through before and it freaked her out a little climbing them.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with various options (fresh bread, fruits, eggs etc), comfortable beds, spacious and clean room, excellent location.

Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. on weekends, that was a bit late but manageable. Our room was on the 2nd floor but there was no elevator.

Decor and furnishings. So much storage space. Great size room and good air conditioning.

The curtain was too small and couldn’t completely cover the window so we were awoken by a sunshine laser beam in the eye. It’s also not accessible for people who can’t manage stairs. External big staircase.
