I liked professional staff, highly appreciate parking reservation in advance with visible labelling, my room "Royal" was super clean, very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, I didnt have a time to try wellness, so this is something I cannot rate properly.

Breakfast didnt meet my expectation at all in comparison with other 4star hotels in central europe. It is something that will be a "deal breaker" for me in the future. Wardrobes were a bit smelly, but its understandable due to older wood and it creates something like "historical hint" with the whole hotel vibe. Last thing I noticed was led light near TV, which can be disturbing before and during sleep (I recommend to look for some red/orange foil for that purpose, e.g. from Hynek Medricky).

Excellent room and hotel. I really liked: - the bed - it's huge, comfortable and the pillow offering should have something for everyone - air condition was super simple to work with (change temperature, turn off-on...)

Bathrom was very nice but: - So many mirrors, I have to say I'm not a fan of watching myself when sitting on the toilet - The sink has this weird drain cover that is often making the water spraying unpredictably. During one night stay we managed to get our shirts wet at least 3 times

Amazing experience, friendly and reliable receptionist who is seeking the best for the customers. The receptionist speaks multiple languages is is very supportive. The SPA was amazing the person in charge was very kind to us and offered us amazing tea. Will definitly come back later!

5* fully recommend. Every time I visit Kosice this is my hotel of choice. Absolutely fantastic hotel right in heart of town with reserved parking . Wonderful decor and clean. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Thank you for making my every stay a pleasant experience.

I am regular guest to the hotel so I know what to expect. Location is fantastic, rooms are spacy and interstingely designed, stuff is very thoughtful & helpful, parking spot is secured for free on the street in close proximity of the hotel, breakfast is outstanding and possibility of free spa is just wonderful addition - eventough I recommend calling in advance if they have it open during your stay. Throughout the years of my returing I can report that the level of service is maintained on the same high level. If you are considering stay in Košice I can open heartedly recommend staying in this hotel.

During my last stay spa was unfortunately closed, but that`s actually my bad luck not the actual issue with the hotel.

The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk through a colourful autumnal park from the train station, inside the old town perimeter with plenty to see a couple of minutes from the main promenade. The room was massive. as was the bed. Very comfortable. Very close to main road bus stop for the zoo, providing we had day tickets from the train station, but that also was close.

Wish we had had more time to explore the spa facilities, but anyway for a long weekend we had plenty of things to see in the city.

I liked the design of the hotel with all details as kind of time travelling by giving the impression of living at the beginning of twenties century.

Being 20km from the Hungarian border while not having any Hungarian channel in TV (out of 216 different options with 30+ other languagues) looks strange for me.

Best bed, I have ever slept on. The waiters are very polite, friendly and funny. The spa is cozy, but not crowded so it has a romantic atmosphere. I even like shampoo. It is first time I took it home from the hotel. Hope, it is okey, sorry and thank you. The streets near this beautiful hotel are very very romantic with cafes, bars and restaurants. There is always a place to sit and it is not overcrowded. Just perfect. Next time We are traveling to Košice will be based on if the hotel has a free room :) PS: The singing fountain is a 7 minute walk from this place :)

Amazing breakfast venue and just 8 minutes walk from the railway station and also 5 minutes from the beautiful city centre. Super friendly staff who were really happy to help. Breakfast omelettes etc made to order and well recommended to anyone staying in Kosice. The hotel was clean throughout, rooms were good and I had a massage and used the spa which was great!

nothing really except it did seem to me the bed was quite high up!

The reviews said it is excellent. They are right. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very close to the centre. It is an excellent place to stay for visiting Košice
