The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very polite. The hotel is right in the city center so the location is great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The bathroom looks a bit tired. The breakfast room is ridiculously small, it was at its capacity when we were there. Even though we didn't have to wait for a table, the room was very chaotic and didn't offer a pleasant breakfast experience. As the entire space is so small, the breakfast is organized in the way that the moment you take something from the buffet the waitress needs to hurry to refill, so the other guest have the same choice... I'd recommend to rethink the ground floor arrangement - there is a lot of unused space in the lobby that could extend the breakfast area.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Nothing was a problem, everything we asked for was done and with a smile. Rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean, little spa was a bonus. Literally 5 minutes from the main station and 2 minutes from the town centre. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was lots and lots of choices, from cold to hot options, sweet savoury and healthy.

Everything was perfect but if I can make a suggestion, the slippers in the room would have been very useful especially for the spa, bath robes already supplied. And maybe a little body moisturiser in the room amongst all the other beautiful toiletries supplied.

I got the business suite on the upper floor so the room was massive, very comfortable indeed with a huge corner sofa and large bed, and other seating, desk, suitcase rack etc., a great choice for space. We also got wellness access included which is a pool, sauna and steam room which we had to ourselves when we visited. We were early arriving so the room wasn't ready but they did store the bags for us. Breakfast was a fairly small selection but sufficient and again not busy. Good location as well, we travelled in on the airport bus number 23 which stops at the railway station and we were leaving again on the train so walkable to both there and Hlavna main street.

Although there's a lift upstairs the final loft floor is only accessible by a fairly small staircase which is not great news with a shared 20kg case and no help. Won't be an issue for other rooms but if accessibility is an issue you might want to avoid the suite.

It is literally in the city center. Plenty of restaurants and caffees at 2 minutes walk. Free to use roman spa (you need to take off your swimming suit when entering the sauna), which was pretty crowded in the afternoon and it is not recommended for children after 19:00. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Parking fee: in the parking it says 8 euro per day, but they charge you 12. At least they let us leave the car in the parking a little more after checkout. Didn't check the prices but perhaps you can park cheaper on the street in the weekend (Sunday I think it is free).

Nice little hotel in the town center, only 3 minutes walk from main city sights. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good spread of choices. The wellness contains sauna, steam and a swimming pool.

Nothing to complain about. I only do not rate it 10 as there was nothing that amazed or deeply impressed us (maybe the breakfast was close). Not a super modern fancy modern hotel but clean, comfortable and they make everything to have a pleasant stay. Correct place to stay for correct price, excellent location.

A good breakfast selection, with high-quality products. Parking is available at a reasonable price. Ideal location in the Old Town. Very comfortable bed. Spa is small but pleasant. Large TV, spacious room.

There's no shower gel (only shampoo), no power sockets on either side of the bed. The bedside lamp is unusable—there's no switch on the cord. There are no slippers in the room (only a bathrobe), and the spa—including the pool—is only open in the afternoon.

Very Clean, central location, bars & restaurants close by and train station about 5 minute walk. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast selection.

Bar closed at 10pm so no wind down nightcap on return from restaurant. 11pm would be better. Had a minibar but it’s not about the alcohol more about rounding off the night.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure every guest felt welcome and taken care of. Their warm attitude and willingness to help made the stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like they cared about making our experience perfect!

Price is a bit too high, but this is due to the marathon event happening that weekend.

Staff really nice, can leave bags and they lock them away. Clean hotel. Excellent location. Nice l'occitane toiletries.

We were on holiday with a group for a wedding so were either out and about or severely hungover in the mornings and the reception rang each morning asking us did we want breakfast (continental). It was a nice gesture but just not ideal for our circumstances is all!

the fridge was too small couldnot fit my champagne, the shower floor dangerously slippery.... the connectors were not handy, not enough sport channels, (the balcony could have been a bit bigger) they said room services, but not that it cost extra €10
