Everything was quite alright. The restaurant served good food and the staff overall was quite nice to us. Except in the SPA, it was a bit hectic really understanding what is going and there was no one there, also people around didn't know English, but it was fine, we figured it out.

The beds, we were expecting a proper double bed, however it turns out it was a twin bed brought in together. In terms of comfort it was ok, but in the middle of the night I would wake up in between the 2 single beds, this is a common issue when I travel, I am mainly annoyed by the fact it was supposed to be double when I reserved.

It is a very modern hotel in the center of the city, with very, very friendly staff and a great breakfast—spacious double room with very comfortable bed and bathtub. Parking is free in front of the hotel entrance. Close to the city center, train or bus station.

Night traffic on the street and train station might disturb some people who are sleeping weakly.

The room was spacious. I really appreciate all the staff working there (from the names I can only remember Anna at the reception), always nice and friendly, ready to help. The access to gym is basically 24/7. The wellness is exceptional. Location, cca. 10 minutes walking to the city center. Plenty of parking spots available. The food at the restaurant was delicious! But my personal favourite space at this hotel is the breakfast restaurant! Always good music playing (not too loud), the design of the room and the sculpture wall art <3 And the breakfast buffet used to be exceptional too! This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we will for sure come again!

Unfortunately, the pools at wellness were not working during our stay, the rest of the wellness area did, and the price was also reduced accordingly so no reason to complain as that happened only once. I also suspect, that due to the current & recent situation (corona, war) there are times, when there are not so many guests at the hotel. Which means, the buffet breakfast is not so variable as it used to be. But it can still satisfy your needs and for any extras you can always ask the friendly staff (I did so with white joghurt) and they bring it to you.

I heard a music from bar downstairs...I think you deserve better singer :)) Why don't you have opened your reception during night or early morning? Connection from Budapest airport -Kosice-Humenne is very complicated..and reception is closed .

Bed was very comfy, friendly staff and a very nice modern hotel , not too busy and good location

I paid for a extra bed but was unable to use as it was very uncomfortable and there was a smelly stain

Spent two night in there and have to say all was great! Parking available free of charge during our stay, staff always helpful and smiley. Breakfast included with basic varieties, but fresh and tasty. Wellness located within the premises, but did not try that due to lack of time. At the glance, would go there once again!

The only thing makes me crazy was heavy/warmy quilt and pillow that I did not use at all.

The wellness and the fitness center is really nice and overall the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast is also great. Good selection with of foods and everything was fresh and delicious.

We wanted to eat lunch the first night, but we visited the wellness center first. At first we received the information that the restaurant downstairs is open until 10pm, the information in the room states it is open until 9pm and when we actually got there around 8:30 they told that the kitchen is already closed. Not being able to eat dinner at 8:30pm on a Friday night in august is a big minus for me.

Nice clean hotel in the center of Humenne. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy!

As a four star hotel I would like to see a kettle with some tea/coffe options at the room, and the breakfast! I came 1 hour before closing ane there were 2 slices of bread and wer few opions. The Breakfats option has to be much better!

The hotel was 5 mins walk from Humenne railway station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The WiFi worked well. Plenty of power points. The shower was nice. Breakfast was good. I would use again

Water in my room just medium warm. At my friends room it was warm.
