The room was fantastic with the terrace and lake view fantastic bed we had good night sleep. Lovely staff especially in the restaurant breakfast and dinner time, we had a great chat with gentleman who I believe was a HOD didn’t catch his name sorry but we had lots to talk about as he used to work in London and we came from UK. Great place definitely will be back if we will be visiting Slovakia again.

Nothing bad but we stayed in the room with our son and we had 2 pillows, it would be nice to have another pillow for him. We have used cushion instead.

The hotel is at the lake, you need to climb the stairs to get to the lake, but it's really quiet and peaceful. You may rent a paddle boat, go for boat cruise, swim, sunbath, good for nature lovers. There is a small football court and a tennis court with artifical grass, but it is good if you are a beginner. The terrace for breakfast is really nice, it overlooks the lake. The rooms overlooking the lake are nice, but the ones without lake view overlook part of the parking lot and backyard. You can also rent a bike, but the surrounding area is not too easy if you want to go for a longer trip.

You need to pay extra for using the wellness. You need a car to get anywhere from here, the closest other restaurant is also a bit far. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is beautiful, we opted for a luxe room with a lake view. The balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony both days, which was a real treat. The communal areas are beautiful and the terrace restaurant is a lovely spot.

The location is fairly remote, so i would suggest a car is required. The only other issue we had, was that we were there for a wedding and there was only 1 ironing board for the whole hotel, which was a challenge!

Breakfast is very simple without any varieties at all.. Also, I had 3 personal issues that I paid extra amounts than what sent by booking .. And 2nd issue that reception was talking in English and when my partner came they switched to Slovak and ignored me Nothing is English at all even the services are all in Slovak

Amazing location and view (for a little premium), welcome drink, great dinner options, free pool and almost free parking. Perfect runaway hideout for the weekend especially that late check out on Sunday for reasonable fee eliminates the need for morning rush at regular check out time adding a lot to the "weekend mode". Feels as a well thought and very customer friendly approach. Despite the small size of the open buffet you had basically every selection you can imagine from fresh fruits through sausages to "bird food" :D Who doesn't find something to eat deserves to starve. Also a restaurant (which is really needed as the area is let's put this way: not too rich in dining options).

It is not a big deal that wellness is not included to the price, but it _is_, that its nature was not disclosed until it was too late. Seemingly no one from the guests took "no swimsuit" seriously but there was a fully dressed bodyguard who was keen to remind you. Not sure how one takes the courage to demand being naked even in the jacuzzy then storm the room to check around. At the very least should be a lady... Ultimately there was always someone to speak English, but it was not the strong suit. Especially the place in general was sort on the signs/guidance (e.g. the button to request parking ticket was Slovak only) Considering the selection it was a small inconvenience, but is "no any poultry only pork meat" for breakfast really an option in the 21st century?

Location was stunning, very quiet - beautiful views and hotel was very nice! Clearly very new as well. Food was amazing and alcohol prices were decent too!

The hotel is very very hot for some reason - the aircon is useless due to the location of it being on the floor - not sure why the hotel is as hot as it is.

We arrived at the hotel for my son wedding, we were looked after from the moment we arrived we were looked after, nothing was to much trouble, the staff were so polite and that they could speak English made things so easy. Looking forward n staying with you again. Thank you.

Accomondation was excellent, lovely apartment, we enjoyed the space and the view. All staff were very attentive, helpful and very professional and friendly. At the reception, went extra mile when cleaned my shirt. Much appreciated. Nothing was a problem.

The food could have been that extra more exciting. More different salads would be good, extra fruit salads for breakfast as by the time we got there wasn’t nothing left, alternative milks, some more vegan options.

Had one of the small houses, which was cozy and well equipped. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing. Excellent service. Will be back for sure to try all the other things this house offers. Mattress was a little bit too soft for me, but bearable. Breakfast was good!

We had a very nice, large apartment with a bathtub, living room, and fireplace. A large terrace with a lake view is also an asset. Spa entrance was included in the price. The spa is very nice but requires some patience if crowded. The restaurant serves good food, gourmet quality, and presentation. The hotel is located on the hill and has a private beach. Very nice surroundings.
